It might be seen as a barrier..a lack of trust. Saying you are uncomfortable with being seen/being in a vulnerable position at the most intimate of times.

I really have no issue being naked at all, especially sleeping. I like just a plain sheet wrapped around my body when sleeping.
Sometimes, wearing a sexy, nice lingerie or shirt is better than wearing a plain shirt. It covers up something but leaves something to the imagination, thus making it more exciting. See if you can find something sexier to wear,maybe it would be okay.
Some men tend to like the feeling of touching bare skin to skin, so maybe the guy you're talking into likes more skin contact.

I was dating this guy for awhile who always wore his shirt. I thought it was kind of odd. Turned out, he had his ex girlfriend's name, who he so wasn't over, tattooed on his chest. A few months later, he went back to his baby momma, not the most recent ex. I wonder if he still keeps his shirt on?

i have no hidden tattoos or anything like that and i love showing my boobs off, i wear big shirts so i can pop em out lol. I'm chubby through the middle so that's why i never get naked. Unless you are holding onto the bottom of the shirt for dear life to keep it from being lifted up over your breasts I don't see what the big deal is.
