Zoe check bulletin boards where you shop or find such places...many post apts on those bulletin boards esp looking for the right tenant..,they also dislike realtors because they sent wrong tenants..
Sometimes a landlord pays realtors feed if they get right tenant too...call realtors or talk to one and explain your situation personally

that is a good idea sorp, to check with realtors. I should have told her, as one of the rentals next to me is handled thru a realtor.. how dumb of me to not think of that!!
if Danny and I were still taking care of the place next door, I would just
tell her to come on out, and we would rent that to you..
wish I had the extra money, as I would love to buy that little place. and the owner is a friend and she really wants us to buy it.

 naming where my house sets purple mountain..
I have 2 creeks 1 in front and 1 in back..but im way up hill from them.it floods down by the mail box but goes down fast.
I was at a friends house today 15 miles home..pouring no problem if you take the rt. way ..and I know where it floods..
im safe..the lake was full of stuff though that washed into it......

oh! yeah sorp wanted to..floods closed a lot of schools here unusual due to flooding..
I had free room and food had though about going to bossier city la. can't now it washed away whole roads..evrytime I think about going it floods..this time couldn't get there sparky cant be a boat

had to clean out a duck nest yesterday. early spring-like temps , they get in a hurry, lay eggs and then leave them! nights are still too cold so eggs are no good..
there were 10 of them..

it takes them a few hours, but they lay their eggs in one day, sometimes as many as 20. they are wild birds and to survive the wild, they do it in numbers, as all do not survive.
and they can lay about 3 times in the warm months. the chicks usually stay with the hen around 2 months, sometimes longer. we have had times when a young hen helps take care of the second laying, and also have had full grown ones stay with the Mother for a year.. of course, they are spoiled here and we have about 15 this year that were hatched last spring and never left. I feed them too well..

True story
Wanted to play cards last night at my friends house with some buddys since we usually play there on Saturday nights every time his mom goes out but the only problem last night my friend lives with his mom. She had her piano boy friend over last night.
I said you and your mom don't own a piano so what's up with that???
He told me his mom's piano boy friend has been bringing his organ over every time he comes over to play with instead...
