Sure enuff! Boil 'em with some taters, corn, and sausage. Oooweee!! The spicier the better! Break it in half, suck out the head, then peel the tail. Down some beer..

It's hard to find a good creek to get them from nowdays. I remember filling up buckets full of them out of creeks when I was a kid. Now, it seems like it is harder to find them.

Crawdads/Crawfish/Mudbugs very yummy indeedy! Many ways to enjoy them. My favorite is to steam them like I do crabs. Also do a crawdaddy boil with corn on cob, crawdads, mussels, shrimp and taters. My gosh is it yummy !

For me way too long though everyone of my friends do it in April. Then of course all the restaurants around here serve them when it is the season.

Large stock pot 1/2 full of water and a bag of "crab-boil" some quartered potatoes, corn on the cob and a bucket of crawdads.

You twist off the tail and squeeze it to help get the meat out, then you suck the juices out of the head..... then repeat.
It tastes much better than it sounds.
