Money seems to be what matters most to people generally so in that sense it would be the most important and prerequisite thing. Next comes ego. Ego is what you think about yourself and other things in terms of your relationship with them. Since we're talking about relationships, your ego is what decides what is important in relationships, so your ego is ergo necessary and not just for itself, but because it determines your emotional responses to situations and events, such as happen in relationship one to another. In a way this question asks us to identify what lets our ego decide to continue a relationship. My ego is a male one so it is fragile and demands constant stroking. That stroking can be emotional or under the table during dinner. So, I would have to say sex is the most important thing after money and ego and emotions and dinner.
