I love me some Kim Chi but yeah, it causes extreme gas pressure that's for sure. It like continues to ferment in your large intestine.

Cats must eat meat to survive. Felines have a high protein requirement, and they need certain nutrients like taurine and cobalamin (Vitamin B12) which come from meat. Cats are the only mammals incapable of synthesizing the organic acid taurine and must obtain it from animal flesh or supplements. Without sufficient taurine, cats can eventually lose hair and teeth, develop heart disease, and go blind. While meat is its best source, Vitamin B12 can also be found in eggs and milk, and is necessary for the healthy functioning of the brain and nervous system. A cat simply cannot thrive on a vegan diet.

Well, so much for a lion living on straw...hmm, makes me wonder about the Tin Man, The Cowardly Lion and the Scarecrow....

No sugar, no gluten, no calories, no fat, no carbs...
magic in a bottle.
I'd be happy to send you one of their dressings, Clarence, but they must be kept refrigerated.
Their dressings really are magical. You don't have to feel guilty pouring the dressing atop your salad, or making your coleslaw. Their syrups use sucralose though, which sends me into flatulence hell.

Oh those products are weird. Have you tried the "peanut butter"? I was curious so bought a jar at Walmart and it tasted like vomit I swear to god. I took one mouthful and tossed it in the recycling. It wasn't cheap either.

The salad dressing are great. Just a little different taste at first, then you get used to it. I prefer the sesame ginger. The syrups and jelly/jams are terrible; and I think sucralose is just as bad, or worse, than sugar.

Yeah the dressings I would try because that seems a little easier to compensate for flavor without calories but something like peanut butter was just a bad idea because peanut butter is densely caloric and rich in fat. Too hard to duplicate plausibly in a calorie free form. If I'm gonna do it, I get almond or cashew butter but only a small container. Thats easy to overdo and is yummy.

Yes, the stuff is addictive. Once you open the jar....you have to lash me to the mast..or my diet will lay strewn on the rocks of "yummy".

Yeah, nuts in general or spreads made from nuts, are a very "know thyself" proposition to bring into the pantry. If I buy nuts at the grocery store, I cant reliably be certain if I will be capable of controlling myself and may overdo it. Which is too bad because they are terribly beneficial to health in small doses. They contain the good kinds of fats that will elevate the HDL but they are super rich in calories at the same time so it is a treacherous balancing act. There is something just so wonderfully satisfying about that savory crunch factor they provide. But I have something here you might want to give a try if you haven't already. Powdered peanut butter. I have some and it's close, not quite the same but enough so. Do a side by side comparison on calories with the traditional jar peanut butter varieties next time you are at the store shopping.

Powdered Peanut Butter?
I haven't seen it yet.
What do you do with it?
Oh, we can post pictures again?

The ratio is two tablespoons of the powder to one tablespoon of water and you stir that around and it looks just like peanut butter. I would say it tastes like it as well but not quite as oily and pungent in aroma.

In my never-ending quest for strange and exotic novelty foods and beverages, I located this one in the soda aisle at Walmart. It's free of sugar and also a pure coconut soda. Often with coconut flavored products, the manufactures seem to feel it necessary to cut the coconut with pineapple flavor which isn't terrible mind you but that makes it taste like a pina colada mixer. This is limited to coconut entirely and the pineapple, which is an overbearing and very acidic taste, has been nixed. The other peculiarity was the light blue coloring. I had initially thought that was just the plastic liter bottle and it would be clear like 7-Up but it's a pale, baby blue when poured in a glass. Trippy man...
