There are no perfect answers for you. I would ask a male friend close to you if he would look at this guy and see if he sees issues. I ask women that I know if a woman is trying to run a game on me and it is amazing that women can see through another woman's crap in a heart beat. Same with guys, we can see if a guy is a phony when his woman cannot.

If your buds say he is a cheat, it is likely true. I would kick him to the curb. I heard that they fixed the bridge headed to Sturgeon Bay already, I take that one when visiting friends. I will likely be going through there in about 3 weeks.

As far as jumping in bed..The 3 men I love(d) did not become intimate with me for 6 month to a couple years. They were true and waited til they were certain it was real and that I was ready in mind, not just body. You are such a sweet person (judging by your posts), don't waste your time on liars and cheaters. If you want to know if they are married -- insist they sleep over and spend the night with you. Also, it is obvious when they are on a time limit. You know ---- like they can only see you for 2 hours on Tuesdays and 2 hours on Thursdays.
And, they would rather text than talk on the phone. Who in hecks name would rather text than answer their phone calls????. Since when do men with huge fingers like to text on tiny keypads rather than talk 1 on 1?
