Meh. My trucks are meant for work. Even my lifted t100 is just for creek crossing and checking pasture. The cobra is for speed and handling. Ive passed my days of obscene spending on vehicles.

That is a real tough oil pan gasket to replace and not easy to do 
You need a real mechanic for that one.

Whats not sexy is when a woman can't park her truck.....forcing everyone to wait while she takes fifty tries at it.....blocking everyone....its even worst if shes driving the non maneuverable behemoth with no passengers..just wasting gas time and space

BDS I have one on my 06 duramax. With 35" tires on 20" rims. Had 37" tires but they were tough on the tie rods.

Ok so I replaced the broken dash in my 1997 Dodge 1500 4X4 this weekend..
Found a video on YouTube..
Its probably the most aggravating job I've ever attempted..
If you can find a body shop to do it..use them..
My problem was no one around my area would touch it...
And I found out why..
If the top of the dash is old and brittle...so is the rest of the dash..
So if you try it..take it easy when tightening screws...
what a pain in the butt..

Update also discovered someone had stolen the 4X4 actuator off of the front axle....

I dont think i have an overpriced one. 31k for a 42k f150. Optioned with offroad and tow packages. And its a very pretty blue flame metallic. 9 months of ownership. 10k miles. Multiple loads of cattle and bed scratching goodness. I just take better care of it than most people. And yes i do see those lifted rigs that havent even seen mud in their lives. But i laugh at them.

Race trucks look and are rediculous! What's next race golf carts or fork lifts? A truck is for work! They will never be cars just like Bruce Jenner will never be a woman no matter how much he wants to be. Return trucks to their right full place in man land and stop trying to femiminize and make pretty the truck!
