The Universe is always talking to us... if one has the awareness to take notice, you soon find that anything can be a media in which it speaks to us...
This short 12pg document discusses just that...

Chakras aren't real.
They aren't huh???
hmmm... what life experience/knowledge might you posses that would bring you to such a conclusion??? please do share...
From my experience, when I say these seed sounds properly I can feel my chakras vibrate... give it a try and maybe you'll feel them too???
You must say them deeply and out loud... adjust the tone until you feel your chakra vibrate...
Root - Lum
Sacral - Vum
Solar Plexus - Rum
Heart - Yum
Throat - Hum
Third Eye - Aum
or it could be all in my head and I only think I can feel them... whatever the case maybe they are very real to me... =)

There is no experiment that can detect the existence of chakras and chakra healing does not produce reliable results. It is unscientific hogwash and should be regarded as such until actual, objective evidence occurs.

This is called the Placebo effect. Whatever "problem" chakra meditation is curing was purely in your mind to begin with.

To each his own... chakras obviously do not fit into your reality and that is fine... though you have yet to present any evidence of there non-existence...
This post had not much if anything to do with chakras in the first place... wanta bet you only looked at the pictures and didn't read a thing...
but seeing how we are off topic...
have you ever noticed how the Lantern Rings are all the same colors as 7 chakras... I don't know about you, but this just screams proof that they exist...
ok, ok, so maybe DC Comics is not the best for scientific study... lol

Dr Hiroshi Motoyama bridges the world of the scientific and the spiritual with dual authority. He is both a scientist and a Shinto priest. Motoyama is the founder of the International Association for Religion and Parapsychology. In 1974 he was recognised by UNESCO [United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization] as one of the world's ten foremost parapsychologists. He is especially interested to verify scientifically the claims put forward by proponents of spiritual practices. Several significant experiments have been conducted under his auspices.
He has specifically developed a Chakra Instrument which is designed to detect minute electrical, magnetic and optical changes which occur in the immediate environment of the experimental subject. In a typical experimental situation, the subject sat in an electrostatically secure room which was internally lined with aluminium sheeting and shielded by lead sheeting embedded in the walls. A round copper electrode and photo-electric cell were placed in front of the body, level with the location of a supposed chakra. During one test on the centres of the stomach and heart, the subject was monitored for a period of three minutes at each of the two locations. Separate readings were taken one minute before a state of concentration, during concentration, and one minute after concentration.
Professor Valerie Hunt
"Ever since the 1960s there has been much loose talk about raising vibrations. Over-used though this phrase may be, it should not be dismissed. For the past twenty years, Valerie Hunt, a professor of kinesiology [the study of human movement], has measured human electromagnetic output under different conditions. Using an electro-myograth, which records the electrical activity of the muscles, Hunt, like Motoyama [Dr Hiroshi Motoyama, scientist and Shinto priest], recorded radiations emanating from the body at the sites traditionally associated with the chakras. Through her research she made the startling discovery that certain types of consciousness were related to certain frequencies.
She found that when the focus of a person's consciousness was anchored in the physical world, their energy field registered the frequencies in the range of 250 cps (cycles per second). This is close to the body's own biological frequency. Active psychics and healers, however, registered in a band between 400 and 800 cps. Trance specialists and chanellers registered in a narrow field of 800-900 cps, but from 900 cps onwards Hunt correlated what she termed 'mystical personalities' who had a firm sense of the cosmic interconnections between everything. They were anchored in reality, possessed psychic and healing abilities, were able to enter deep trance states, yet had transcended and unified the separate experiences through a mystic, holistic, metaphysical philosophy."

Burden of proof is on you, mate. If we accepted stuff purely it hadn't been disproved, then you must disprove the assertion that I'm balls deep in Angelina Jolie right now.
I say to your chakra stuff what you would say to my Jolie fantasy: pics or it didn't happen.

Why would I read that shit? I've lost IQ points just by posting on this thread.
Dr Hiroshi Motoyama...
As far as I can tell, Dr Motoyama is a crackpot (parapsychologists usually are) and his results have not been replicated by other scientists (for an experiment to be valid, it must be repeatable by others).
Professor Valerie Hunt...
There are very few references to her anywhere, and her work is not mentioned in other scientific literature. She is not a credible source.

we're finite beings capable of receiving a limited amount of data from the universe as it unfolds through space/time. Once we receive this data we apply filters and interpret it in a way that's useful to us. We do not experience reality but instead experience a re-presentation of reality. This is our "reality tunnel". Therefore decoding our experience into "reality" isn't possible. Limits of hardware and software, so to speak. But generally what we experience is a close enough approximation.
I used to believe in chakras but they don't seem to have much practical use (the belief). I know there's some kind of unmeasurable phenomena, but I prefer to think of them as nexus currents as a result of our microtubules. But I'm open to a realm we can not measure yet.
Does the universe "talk"? IDK. Maybe somewhere in the fabric of reality the universe holds a collection of information like a library of audio books constantly on. I wonder sometimes if Nikola Tesla was able to tap into that during his dreams. Supposedly he got a lot of inspiration from dreams. I have done experiments to tap into this supposed information and my test subject was able to pull information they (or I) couldn't possibly know. But since we can't objectively measure it or (as of yet) repeat it with another test subject, I can't form a conclusion. It's just strange phenomena.

I believe there to be many on this planet all with different levels of awareness... and depending upon your level of awareness is what determines your perception of reality.... so what might seem natural to some. other might not be able to perceive it... JMO
