I'd say Cook in the winter, Lake in the winter, St Louis in the winter. Any northern county in the winter.
I think Hennepin is the most screwed up county thanks to the socialist DFLers they always elect there and Minneapolis the most screwed up town. St Paul is a very close second. They just had to have the light rail which takes AN HOUR to get between St Paul and Minneapolis because of all the stops and red lights.
But remember! Only through complete and absolute tyranny and repression and complete government involvement can we have true freedom and liberty. How OBAMA must envy the power the North Korean dictator has while they're starving! Such are the blessings of communism!

Could I make a comment on the subject of politics? Both parties, and many presidents have not worked with the USA in there foremost actions and decisions. There has not been a miracle leader in quite some time. We tend to argue over which one has done the most damage. All have had there own train wreck. Some bigger than others. Let's quit disagreeing, and try to do something about the disasters we created. I don't know how, but start small and change politics. It will take more than my lifetime, but let's try! Just remember, not every decision is going to be right and some might hurt.

We all know that COMMUNISTS are ultra-conservative by Mpls standards and we know that no one with a clue ever called W a "fiscal conservative".
You remember that Mpls had a mayor endorsed by the Socialist Party about 110 years ago? Thomas Van Lear. He came within 2000 votes out being elected 5th District congressman from Mpls.
Remember that typhoon in India? Dems RIDICULED W for sending a battleship!  Of course there was a hospital full of medical supplies in there and food etc etc etc. Was W such a fool now? The damn liberal idiots really piss me off.Build a stadium for the rich owners of a football stadium but then whine about taxing the top 1%more.They think they know whats best for everyone.Our idiot governor has taxed us alot more and what do we have to show for it?Well a stadium,a light rail train for the criminals to get from o e city to the other and to mall of america to shop while the rest of us bust a** at work.You know what the roads and traffic aroumd the cites is b.s.. the roads are garbage-potholes all over the place,it takes a damn hour to get from st paul to mpls and thats at 2 in the afternoon not even rush hour yet.But schools they benefit-i was recently working on a school and guess what our tax dollars bought-automatic digital drinking fountains that fill your water bottle by a sensor and then it counts how many bottles it saved a landfill even if you taks a sip and dont fill a bottle it counts it,a f-ing lying liberal drinking fountain..So when the dfl says they need more money for education guess where it goes-drinking fou tains,fancy landscapes.The work they did at this school was unreal and of course none of it had to do with education.F-ing lib garbage.How are they so damn blind???

They say that the state has a 1.7 billion dollar surplus, but our gov wants to spend 883 million of it on education in addition to what's already budgeted, he thinks that it will help educate students, in 150 years they still haven't figured out how to teach students when in reality it's the teachers that get the benifit of state spending not the students, ask the teachers how much will it cost to educate our students to a superior level, there is not enough money in all of America to do that job, give the excess back to the people from whence it came! No damn way!!that makes Ramsey county home of the Capitol the worst county due to the politicians that reside there.

Lyon county is getting there i was coming home from up north on highway 23 had my cruise set at 60 mph when i came up upon a car driving about 50 mph so i pulled out to pass and he stepped it down refusing to let me pass well there was a cop behind me who called for a cop coming at me the cop coming at me was doing 70 mph so i got nabbed for dangerous passing the other guy didnt get anything. it was all a set up job the cop needed a ticket to hand out.

St Louis isn't so good when Embarrass and Tower and Ely compete with each other for record low temps. Didn't it hit -59 in Embarrass once?
Lake County voted SOCIALIST for President in 1912 (Eugene V Debs). That's no feather in their cap.
How about Hennepin? The city is condemning every office bldg in downtown Mpls and converting them into condos and apartments to get white people to move back to the inner city and pay extortionist rent to help fund the ghetto's welfare.
Heck nearly any county in the state would qualify! It's hard to pick 1 in particular from amongst the 87.
