Well because he is in a special class...and will go till he's 18. It's all messed up. He really doesn't have a "grade" anymore. He's 16 and would've been a Junior this year.

So there's no girl who will go with him? What about a celebrity? You're in California. They do that kind of thing for publicity. Post on some of their Facebook and Twitter accounts. You never know.

I was writing while you both commented. That is a wonderful idea about facebook. Also, you can contact the ASL classes at a community college near you to see if someone who would like to practice and have a good time at a prom. Some lucky lady would love that!
This is if he does sign language to communicate. There are many choices out there!

He was hit by a car at the age of 9...traumatic brain injury at almost the severest level...he can't sign language, very minimal use of his right arm and hand.
He is learning to communicate by a communication device, The Tobii, an eye gaze system-which isn't very portable. And he's still learning how to get around in the screens, so we hear a lot of the same terms repeatedly in my house like "John Cena is my favorite" Or "more strawberry yogurt please" lol.
Im starting with the WWE Divas and go from there. Not sure if personally messaging them or leaving a public post is better? But I am now writing my "wish" to copy and paste. I wish he were part of make-a-wish foundation, but they only work with terminal children.

Even if it doesn't work, I'm happy with the idea and it gives me something to work on instead of being stuck in this "poor me" attitude.
Depression and feeling sorry for myself never did me any good. Doing something productive always helps.

The group in S&Dc said if you have an iPhone you can't make a new profile, but if you have a droid you can. Someone with both tested that theory and it seems to be accurate.

Clear your cookies and history. Block pop ups in settings. That's how I fixed my issues(DH issues anyway)

Yeah I tried all of that. It is weird broken. If I search username I can find it. If I select chat on the profile I can send a mesage. But if I just type the user name in the who box to send a message it says the profile doesn't exist it will also allow me to type out a post, click sumbit, show page of view post, but the post is not there when viewing the thread
And the message I sent CS on the 9th still shows as unread.
