I am looking to get my count up to 180g and I constantly fall short. What do you guys take to get your protein intake up besides shakes? I am also looking to do it without going over my calorie budget because when I get it the few times I do I'm usually over.

In 4-5oz of any lean meat - ground turkey, ground beef, boneless/skinless chicken, etc you can get 30g or more of protein. There's also over 20g of protein in a can of tuna, 20g of protein for every 16oz of milk you drink, and 7g of protein per WHOLE egg.
You can also find protein in certain wheat products. Like a cup of old fashioned oatmeal has 10g, there's 10g per 2oz of whole wheat spaghetti, etc..

90 calories and 17 grams of protein per scoop of Raw Protein by garden of life powder. Not a traditional shake. It's all plant/sprout matter but a full amino acid coverage

Stay away from shakes with artificial sweeteners (except pure stevia). In studies, they have been shown to cause cancer, and their glycemic index is virtually the same as sugar. This means it raises insulin levels like sugar, and insulin assists in storing fat.
Also, very high protein intake makes your kidneys have to work harder.

This is true. That's why you want to make sure to drink a ton of water. I usually drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water everyday.

Yeah, but your kidneys still have to filter the protein, either way. I remember reading an article in Muscle and Fitness where Kai Greene said he took in roughly 850 grams of protein a day. Ouch. Several bodybuilders have passed away from things that push their kidneys hard. Just be careful.

I eat that for breakfast a few times a week topped with almonds or blueberries, but I get the 2% one. Tastes better. Good stuff!

That will be fine for staying lean. I would recommend cutting carbs for getting lean, since you will need to reduce fat or carbs. Also, as you know, additional exercise helps.

It's hard to tell from your one profile pic OP but you don't appear to be a very large person. What I mean is, you're only 5'10" and you don't appear to have a large frame.
Most studies suggest that 0.7 – 1 grams of protein per pound of lean mass (1.5 – 2.2 grams per kg) is sufficient to gain muscle.
I guess I'm looking at the fact you probably weight less than 180 (lean mass meaning not counting excess fat or weight) so you're taking in protein sufficient for BUILDING muscle. If you're not working out properly to put this protein to use, you're taking in useless calories of protein.

I'm currently at 180 and trying to maintain the weight but lean out a bit. Currently I am doing t25 for exercise but as soon as it's over I'm going to go back to weight training.

I just don't see that much protein being necessary for your activity level, goals, and body size.

OP I believe that 180 is too high for your weight!
I am 227lbs and I only top out at 80+ range on my workout days and 50 on my non workout
days.

It sounds like you're trying to lose fat and gain muscle while staying at 180. Beyond the beginner stage, it's hard to do both at the same time because, generally, to build you need more calories and to lose fat you need less. You can get to your goal faster if you build muscle way past 180 over a good period of time, then go on a cutting diet to drop down to a lean 180. Kind of like how physique competitors go on several-month growth periods and then go on several-month fat loss periods to get to a higher-weight lean physique.

NOT A GOOD IDEA FOR A MALE IN THEIR 50's!
that much protein is very hard to break down and could couse kidney issues.
