FOR THE CREW:
Have you considered getting in touch with local Theatrical Groups?
Based on your profile location here, I googled it and there are these:
TacomaCulture(dot)org
Gold from Straw Theatre Company
Lakewood Playhouse
A River & Sound Review
Tacoma Actors Guild
Tacoma School of the Arts
Perhaps contact the local artist community to network with and make serious connections to people who are aspiring to make their mark by joining someone with as much ambition and drive as yourself.
Keyword: "Workshop" - you want to ask if they would be willing to workshop your script. This is where they have actors run through scenes and find the hurdles and problems that are not obvious on the page.
You might get lucky enough to find someone who has a camera and can shoot a mockup with stand-ins or even be super-lucky and find someone who loves to work with a camera and has the equipment to do so.
Theatrical groups really know the acting, the makeup, and connecting with those crew members in black shirts and black pants will make a huge difference. THOSE are the crew who know people and can make things happen.
Most importantly, be humble, kind, and patient. If you make appointments to meet and discuss things, ask for the person who makes decisions on tech equipment use, stage use, and the person who might be able to allow you to use the facility, props, sets, costumes, makeup, and lights for free or a low fee.
OR
Just spend about $100,000.00 to get a good camera, rig, mic and boom, lighting rig, sound board, and do it yourself. Of course, that assumes you have or can raise such money.

FOR THE EDITING:
Have a completely professional person you do not know personally read and edit your scripts. Have them be critical and clear, so that you can revise and improve your work. Do you have a former English teacher or someone who is really into movies and dramas you can ask to read one script for you? Don't mention the others, just choose the one you want most and ask that person very nicely. Give them a deadline of 14 days. By giving them a deadline, you encourage them to be quick and get it done.
But that's just my opinion. My advice.
