Bible (NIV Version)
On occasion, I read articles and short stories. I have trouble concentrating, so it's hard for me to follow the story line. I also deal with short term memory, so that makes reading a long book rather frustrating, as I have to keep going back and figuring out who is who. Awhile back, a friend got me to reading Beverly Cleary books and though I enjoyed them, I still had to go back and forth, trying to figure out who was who.
I used to read Robin Cook and Stephen King a lot though.

I enjoy both Robin Cook, and Stephen King.
I just finished a Book Still Alice by Lisa Genova about Alzheimer's. It is written in the perspective of the patient
I have thought about reading the bible through. Never done it before. I have it downloaded on Nook app.

The Hunger Games Series was a better read then I thought it would.
For you Star Trek fans, "Redshirts" by John Scalzi is worth a read. If you do try this, you have to read all the way to the end.

I use audio books. You don't have to read but just listen, and I find that very comforting. The digital age is out there and I am like Joni, I can't concentrate enough to hold the thought as long as I need to, so audio books are a great help. Everybody have an awesome and wonderful day.

My library is now offering digital downloads of books. Sign up at the library and you can download from home anytime.
They also got in mp3 players with downloaded books. I find most of them to be mysteries.

For people who like to read about the Amish I would recommend Amy Clipston, Suzzane Woods Fisher, Beth Wiseman, and Beverly Lewis.
For people who like to read romance books I would recommend Debbie Macomber, Nicholas Sparks, and Danielle Steel.

I like to read a little bit of everything. I have been reading a series about a Tyler Wisconsin and it is really good. many different authors have contributed to the series. It tells about all the towns people. there is love story's, mystery, secret's unfolding and it is humorous. has history, you can feel the emotions of the people. Very well written.

I like John Grisham, James Paterson, Most southern writers. Was raised on Louis La Mour western and still love them. Tried other western writers, but none were nearly as good as Louis Lamour in his descriptive of scenines and the chartacters in his books.
