Bought a tiki torch and a rain gauge and a floor fan and a scale and a bunch of flowers for me and my grandson's room....then we went to the Treasure Barn and bought this really neat tray coffee table for the family room and a chest thingy to put the big honker of TV that the old man he's been working for gave him. Would have been much cheaper to get the inhalers

Her grand daughter had her first dance recital. They sent pictures but would have loved seeing all the dances and music....and their company today. Guess I will pour myself another glass of tea and sit here and drink.

sharsea Gulfport, MS 72, joined Dec. 2008	MC, you gave me a flash back funny memory. My grandson was around four years old and with me at McRae's in a main isle that had mannequins facing the isles. I stopped to admire an outfit on one and my grandson reached up rubbing the fabric on the dress with his little hand right on her private area. She reached down to remove his hand and nearly scared the you know what out of us both. I screamed NO grabbing him because I thought it was going to fall on him not realizing it was a real young lady in that pose. we were both shaken up from that episode but the people that saw it laughed cheerfully at us. I did not know it was the college classes modeling day as part of a class project, etc. To this day grandson will not dare touch one.

Went into a store many years ago and a regular manniquin was displaying some latest outfit. Little bitty man of some age was standing in front of her and started talking to her. Don't know if he was serious or just acting silly but he sure seemed to be serious. Tipped his hat and said good day. She didn't respond. He spoke to her again, and again no response. He rattled her necklace and told her she was one stuck up thing and stomped off. I laughed until I cried.
