What kind of workout are you doing. And what are your expectations of recovery? No soreness whatsoever?
That won't ever happen.
Key points.
Drink plenty of water. Eat balanced meals, smaller ones, a few hours apart.

Pretty much what Dixie already mentioned in her other thread. My only suggestion is how quickly you are taking tbe recovery shake and other actions to recover. If you dont take anything within the first thirty minutes after your workout, then your levels will go back to normal and won't recover effectively. If you are going the recovery shake route, have one ready by tbe end of your workout.....gamer
