They only get 4 time outs/ game! now the tv time outs are still at the same intervals
unless if the game is still in action.

Well... If it were my decision to make a change in college football I would change the roundball to an oval shape and sit back and enjoy the dribble.

I would change the rules to those used in middle school basketball so the players could understand them.

I would rotate the teams every other game to play for a different college each time do all the players had equal knowledge of couching experience then when the Championship games came around there really would be the better team as the champs.

I would change the spelling of college basketball so the academically challenged would be able to comprehend that they were playing on a higher education team.
