They think since they already have the friendship aspect on lock, they can throw in sex and have the worlds most convenient/successful bout of FWB.
I see this as being true if you are dealing with a man who puts no effort himself into a relationship and is sort of lazy about these things... lacking sincere and genuine love for you.
Also... sometimes the longer you know a man, you just realize how not-serious he is about settling down with just one woman... and well... you see how he treats other women too.
I think the men who are serious about a relationship usually start off serious or there is always an under-current of seriousness between the two of you.
Having sex with a friend probably is a form of settling...instead of looking for what you really want.
Although, I agree that I want to be both friends and lovers with the man in my life.

I always thought friends will be friends unconditionally meaning they will be together until one of them crosses that line .
When a woman only wants you as a friend, your trying to have sex with them IS CROSSING THE LINE.
Once a woman decides that you are a platonic friend only, there is NOTHING you can do to take the relationship to the level. Hence the dreaded "Friend Zone".
Women hold ALL the cards when it comes any sort of sexual relationship, and there is nothing you can do about it.
Just accept facts.

I don't get why this topic of 'sex ruining a friendship' get's bought up, as if the sex just happens spontaniously.
If you've ever kissed each other before, than what you have is no longer just a friendship. It may not be a relationship, but it certainly isn't a friendship.
If you've never kissed before, and then suddenly, you burst into random sex, than you're doing it wrong, no matter how it happened. Your first course of action after you realize that you have strong enough feelings for someone to act on, shouldn't be to drop drawer and assume the position.
Maybe it only happens to drunk people?

Sex doesn't ruin anything. people ruin their relationships due to the age-old difficulty they have with the objectification of each other as sexual marital objects instead of personal expressions of their love for people. People are still working on maturing their dilemma on how to treat the other heterobinary with friend respects while unfortunately conforming to political partisan gender roles formed around bogus and heretical religions.
As recent as 2012 Michele Bachmanns SOTU response and campaigning picked the scab off the inquiry of her faith in traditional values: 'who wears the pants in the relationship?" The traditional relationship was not a pro at relationship skills.
And theres people out there that use sex as self importance only, as supply limitation , as a negative experience of 'ruining a girl', and all the bunch of totally sadistic titles for porn that hype violence to rather tame and vanilla fking. ie " huge c*ck pulverizing tiny teen ass', porn site title makers have some issues.

I don't really have any friendships TO ruin so this was pretty hypothetical..
Um, not sure, See. We were clearly into each other and even though we were good friends, we kept finding excuses to be around each other more than necessary. And we discussed it a couple times. I had a few friends and so did she that were all originally friends (they all knew each other from the same town, I was new to them all). So there were like 5 girls and 4-5 guys and we all hung out. But her and I clicked. I um "played" pretty hard with the coeds back then and my "friend" use to make little comments like "she's kinda slutty" or "oh, nice skirt" whenever I brought them around. So one night I asked her "Hey, if you don't like me with them, why don't you take their place?" Well, we fought it but finally succumbed to it. It was really good sex because it had built up so long but afterward, it was weird hanging in the group and even weird trying to just act like I wasn't "inside" her recently. 
Then the school year ended and that was that. I didn't want a relationship then so that was the end. We tried to stay in touch and I think about her from time to time and only want the best for her. boring story..but that's it.

Running is very jarring to the joints.
The vagina is a muscle or well it contains a few, muscles stretch. Increase resistance and it stretches more and gets larger (well in terms of the usual muscles, I don't think the actual vaginal muscles can build like normal muscles do). Holy crap I regret looking that up, cannot unsee lol.
Actually it's exactly the same. I found this, they are also involved in bladder control
Apparently putting something inside and contracting muscles around it builds that muscle. NOT using larger and larger things, that just loosens the other muscles around the vagina and the pelvic floor muscle. The pelvic floor muscle is probably what is meant when referring to 'tight/not tight' vice versa. Of course having less experience would mean the other muscles around the vagina have never really been strethced, so also seems tighter.

Muscles are not elastic, they don't stretch the vag hole by using them. Quite the opposite, as muscles are used they get bigger and tighten up...any void in between them is therefore smaller due to the size increase of the exercised and tighter muscles.
That's why ugly fat women have vaggies like hallways....you think it's going to be tight in there because of all the spelunking it takes to find the entrance but when you finally enter it's like a vast underground kingdom.

Use it or lose it..regardless of whether or not something is going in or out.
As to the size of a penis.. we give birth to babies and still recover very nicely as long as we take care of ourselves.
