I'm not able to use the chat/IM feature. I was able to click on it a few days ago and it said to install flash or update windows. I have done both and now I don't even see anything to click.

Good morning Im having the same type of problem What does Bah mean that error pops up every time I try to send a message its useless asking for help because it wont go through to you . First I thought it was my web machine its workng fine in all the other groups so it looks like its a DH problem .What irritates me the most is saying will get back to you and know body does .if not fixed Ill just have to be like all the rest and say good luck .no use to be f I cant answer mike

I didn't want you to think me rude, so I thought I should explain. There's something wrong with my account with "Datehookup". I show 5 new messages in my inbox and it is blinking, but when I go to open it there is no mail in it. I have contacted them to try and find out what is going on, but haven't heard back from them yet. On this page right now, below the Datehookup banner is a menu of links next to Inbox it shows now 6 new! When I click the link the inbox will be empty, and my sent mail shows unread, I also get sporadic e-mails informing me that I have received an e-mail from so and so but have only received two while my inbox shows six. This happened before a few months back and they fixed it after contact, but I contacted them again and haven't received any reply or help

Hi, I'm having the same problem with email and tryed updating my profile and got zilch.
I'm not going to bother asking them for help cause I don't really think they know what's going on. You said they fixed it once but I doubt it, was probably coincidence.

I've tried three times now to write in my profile box re: my personality, what I'm looking for and my interests. Every time I pushed the save button after I was done, and not once did any of it get saved--it keeps saying I need to fill it out!!! This is getting quite frustrating! I'm using Safari-one that was recommended and don't have more than one toolbar up. What could be the problem???

Just joined today and it keeps telling me when I do my profile that I have key words that are too long and to insert commas....I have counted every word in my profile areas and none are 30 characters or more and commas in the right places, but still will not accept it and tells me the same thing about words too long, etc. I want to post the profile info about me, my likes etc. How can I solves this problem? My Gold member points seem to go down every few days instead of up. Today they went down to 80. I have been up to 160. Why do they go down? Is it something that I'm not doing?

I cannot pull up anyone's profile. I can pull up my own and that's it. Even though I haven't seen the other person's profile, it shows up as it I did view them. This is the first time I have had problems with DH. What do I do to correct this problem?

I'm having problems posting my profile, too. I've retyped it 4 times and click on "save update" and it disappears. It never shows on my page. Or, I get an error message saying that one of the items in keywords or interests is too long; the maximum letters is 30. Then it says to put commas in between the words, which I did. Crazy. Does anyone have any ideas to solve this?

Well - I would not 'qualify' this as WEIRD, but baffling!!!
The 'add a description' to a photo feature does not appear to be working on my profile! I have recently added 2 new photos and I am unable to put a description below the picture. I have tried MANY times - but it is not working.
This 'feature' has previously worked (evidenced by the descriptions on my other photos)..

check in account options, and see if im is turned on...dustin gave us an option to turn it off and on....also your friends have to have show online enabled...
your profile says your 67...click on edit your profile, and see what it shows for your birth date...
