Hard to believe you're in Beaverton! All sidewalks, streets covered where I am --- and it's still coming down heavily. The forest is absolutely glorious, though!

I can make the same three comments. On the other hand, it looks like a heavy fall but it's only a half inch deep on the walk in front of my flat. Kids just walked by and it's easy to see the depth in the foot prints, they seem to be able to make snowballs if they gather up a big enough patch from the lawn. This is a strange fall here, the sun came out twice in the last hour. What looked like a blizzard just twenty minutes ago has stopped. The wind is variable, the fall blows horizontally more than vertically. Hey, another sun break with blowing ice.

I swear ... you must be living somewhere else! No sunbreaks. Just constant snow. I don't believe I just took a tape measure out to my back deck ---- two inches on the railing, inch and a half on the picnic table. I respectfully decline to go out there any further! Time for comfort food and a movie. No Irish coffees today ... I seem to have had a couple too many the other night.

Well, he's a guy. He started out for Oregon. Ended up in Florida, because he never asked for directions. The nieghbors ar amused - so they aren't telling him. Just teasing, but I don't think your really in Beaverton. Got at least another inch and it hasen't stopped all morning here.

170th and TV hwy. KGW seems to be wrong, it’s coming down heavier now, there is almost an inch out there. The wind is blowing horizontally again, maybe it’s blowing from here to your place.

I did get a good laugh from an urchins plight in his electric car. The front wheels packed up the snow till they wouldn’t turn anymore. Then the back wheels just spun under the car. It looked just like the guy on the 405 exchange in the red pickup.

Sort of spooky. Like huge ghosts in the forest. Snow is going sideways. Dog refuses to go out. Time for more comfort food.

I think he was talking about the trees in the forest ---- like, you know, "green." Best as I could figure it.

I'm south of Allen and Murray .... and we are totally snowed in!! Has not quit all
day. Occasional huge gusts of wind blowing snow off roof tops and trees.

I know that I don't drive far ... but is there a 405 in this area? I drove the 405 in So. California. Guess I could look at a map rather than admitting my lack of knowledge .................

Tha chains for my car - cna't find them. Think they may just turn up sometime around spring. Think my housefairies are playing with me. Know where I left them. Maybe they thought they'd take a road trip without me? Hold the thought - I'll find them. Gotta work tomorrow.
