I'm not so worried about getting into another relationship. Given the choice between being in a relationship or not, I would much rather be in one. That being said, I won't settle for less than what I deserve now.
I'm a hell of a good catch, I just need to find my queen now. I spent the last 3 years of my marriage sleeping on the couch, and we barely spoke to eachother, and we weren't intimate in that time. So I feel as if I've been single for 3 and a half years now.
What I want is a woman that still believes in honor, dignity and chivalry. I'm definetely a bit of a hopeless romantic I guess hehe.

Hmm I'm single because my BF was a liar and cheated on me with a 24 yr old (he met on a phone chat line  ) He actually LEFT me for her, packed his stuff, went to Houston and moved in with this girl and her mother  because he thought SHE could make him happy!! Three days later he was back crying & begging me to take him back.. saying how he messed up and lost the best thing he ever had for a young piece of ass.
I told him I hope it was all worth it!! 
Sooo, that's why I'm here

same here.just havent found the right guy..im 40 lol,never been married but have been in long term reltionships and lived together but havent met the right one.one can think its the right one but hteres alwyas something that happens to f*ck it up.so till the right one,if ever,comes along i will stay single.

I am single cause I finally realized after 15 years that I deserved a man who didn't take me for granted and try to control my personality. I let him change me into what he wanted then I wised up and put my foot down and now here I am. But I am the person that I use to be again and I LOVE IT!!!! I am finally going back and finishing my dreams and goals that I put on hold to be a devoted wife and mother.....NOW IT IS ABOUT ME!!!!!

I'm with you angel..funny I started on this sight cuz well I thought after 5 years, it might be nice to get my feet wet again but ya'll reminded me why I chose to stay single for so long, it's really been nice the past 5 years, no hassles (is that still a word?, lol). Guess I'll just enjoy the journey and if it's meant to be, it will happen, I'm not gonna sweat it.
