He claimed that he was a loner and only had a sick mother in a nursing home that he helped take care of!That if I did not wire the money he could not leave the country and his life was in danger!

Barbara, anyone you've never met who asks you for money is a scammer. Oh especially cause he's in Nigeria. My friends don't even ask me for money. Take everyone's advice on this one, get rid of him.

Lose that loser, do it now, don't look back. Try this: If his life is so "in danger" completely ignore his attempts at communication for say, 2-3 days. If he's still alive after, he's lying. If you don't hear anything else from him, say a little prayer of thanks and move on with your money intact.

Just received an IM from this so called Markbrown, I actually got him to admit he was a scammer!He is really a black man from Nigeria named EBO and would not tell me the rest of his name because he did not want to get into trouble, i have saved my IM with his confession of being a Nigerian scammer(pretending to be a man from the UK)
Now, DH friends, do you think I should report him and to who?
