I had a fake e-mail sent to a gal here that I was interested in .
It can and is done here and else where .
Documents can be altered and changed to deceive ,just as easy as the words we use here .
Editing can create havoc.
If you believe him , then believe him . If not ,send him away .

I want to believe him, how can I tell if he is being honest and why would this girl lie? And isn't that Nigerian story to get money alittle suspicious?He is begging me!He acts as if his life counts on it. I feel sorry for him.

Barb contact the state department and see if he has checked with the embassy there, I'm sorry but the word SCAM is written all over this one. Tell hiim to contact the embassy that's their job.

BARBARA, don't feel sorry cause that's just what they want to accomplish and break you down so you are compelled to send money. tell him you don't have money right now. there was a story aired on the news regarding these types of scams.

If he went to Nigeria ON BUSINESS then the company he went to work for or with should be trying to get him out. I know when the gold mines here that have mines in other countries had similar difficulties the company paid the monies to get them home. Ask him who he is working for? And contact the company? I hate to agree with everybody else, but it sounds to me like you are being scammed BIG TIME. Ask him some questions, listen to the answers.

Are you saying that his story in Nigeria is not possible? He says he can not even leave the hotle because without his passport he is in great danger and i am the only one he can ask for help.
