I think the hardest part is not having someone to talk to about even the trivial parts of my day. Just someone to listen to and talk to. Lol and I miss shopping actually...shoes clothes...just hanging out.

Right now the loneliness is the hardest thing for me. I miss having someone there to talk with, cook with, go to bed with.
I'm just starting to get back on my feet though, and hopefully that loneliness will abate as I start putting myself out there more, and meeting new people. That in itself is a challenge, but it also holds hope, as well.
The other really hard part is missing my kids. I miss them sooooo much.

I don't sleep well either. My friends assure me that the further away from the marriage, the better and longer i will sleep. Thoughts? How do you learn to trust again? I don't like games, don't want to play. I've found that i'd rather a guy tell me he wants to take me to bed than to have him say i'm his only love(puh-lease)in hopes of getting me to bed

I also don't sleep well. Takes me too long to get to sleep and then I'm so tired in the morning I wish I could sleep in. It is hard to see couples out and holding hands, hugging, etc. but then I remind myself it is better to have that with the right person, so I am happy being single and will be very patient.

Being the third wheel. Thank god my friends (bf&gf) make me feel wanted and include me in activities (not sexual). And Its good that they are not too mushy/kissy kissy together. I do miss the affection.

My room is the master bedroom/ bathroom, with an outside entrance. So I basically only get one room, with no house privileges. I hear my house mates, but never see them. They are a family of four. I hear them laugh and smell their good food. I only see them when we both leave for work and I see the kids playing outside, but they ignore me. Its very lonely in this room and since I moved I do not know my new neighbors. (All house are 2.5 acres apart). Maybe one day they will invite me to dinner.

...when I came home to an empty house. If I am having a bad day or something good happened in my day, I want too talk to someone. Sometimes my friends are busy or I hate to keep bugging them. Its quiet and sometimes lonely. But don't get me wrong I love being single.
What's your hardest part about being single?
I recently moved out of my parents about a year ago. I'm still getting used to being lonely.

Trying to remember what having game was like, you forget all the swagger and stop the dating game process, and wth happened, now I'm going on dating sites, I don't remember internet dating before I got married, so now get my game going again and have to learn to have internet game, miss the days when I could just date my sisters friends lol.

Not having anyone to share life's events with. Today my girls went shopping for dresses for their upcoming winter formal. Would have been nice to be able to come home and talk about how funny and how pretty the girls were today. You know, it's just not the same doing it all alone.
