Looking for friends. A special one would be nice. I'm a single dad that raised 2 kids. I'm told I have a warped sense of humor. You be the judge. I like classic and prog rock and lean towards ELP, Yes, Moody Blues, Kansas, Tears4Fears, etc.. Country music makes me run for the nearest exit. Ok, so I've become a little more tolerant.  I like to read (mostly SF), love playing cards and games, I grow 'maters and peppers (I'm a chili-head). I have a cat (that tolerates me)and is going blind and a chocolate Lab that can't live without me. I'm a reformed crossword puzzle addict with occasional relapses. I like to cook but nothing fancy-shmancy. I prefer comfort foods.
Now...if you like hiking, long walks, riding bikes etc. I can't do those things even using my cane. If that's a deal-breaker don't sweat it. You want what you want the same as I do. However, I'll take just about anyone as a friend.
