That guess, Aliens, is used by many, and actually has more circumstantial proof than any other theory.
The Earth is littered with huge structures, many destroyed by massive explosions, and tech. we cannot duplicate today.
It is ludicris to think stone age people built these things.
The only thing for certain, is we had an advanced society, long before our recorded history, that was destroyed.

Actually that was the accepted theory, but has not been proven, and is questioned as we speak.
Infact, there is nothing to even suggest it happened that way. just unsubstantiated stories.
It is now suggested they were much older.
As I mentioned about the Pyramid code, there are large sections sealed off by the Egyptian government, and much stone work on the ground that cannot be explained.

There is no scientific evidence to support your theory, just what was recorded, as happened by the Egyptians, which is partial.
There are also many instances of false dating, cheops had one where his name was added at a later date than the original.
The reality is that they cannot be carbon dated, and there is nothing to absolutely prove when they were really built.
No other cultures have any writings of them, and as far as recorded history goes, they were always there.

The problem is that, they are all theories, or excuses, made to fit into the estlablished norm, which is judeo/Christianity.
However the preponderance of evidence that contradicts the norm, exposed all over the world, conflicts with religious theory.
Most of this we are, as a public, just being exposed to now, with the internet.
Before the net, you needed to get a book from a library, and had to know what you were looking for, assuming they even had the book.
Impossible stone cutting, and moving, techniques, that we cannot duplicate today, are all over the world, and it is naïve to think stone age people did this, independent of each other, and then all lost the tech.

It must have been because it was never done, by national geographic, or anyone else.
First you need to quarry perfectly cut stones, they do not fall out of the mountain with perfectly cut and polished edges
It is impossible to load 50 ton blocks on reed boats, the boat has to displace 50 tons of water, it cannot even be rolled on the boat because the boat would rise and lower with the weight, needs a crane.
Then the sheer weight would drive the rollers into the sand.
Need to construct a roadway. And not an ordinary one, but one heavily reinforced.

Sorry to say it but every bit of this has been proven to be false. This may be the only post I make in this thread because I generally don't come here but truth is truth.
Remains have been uncovered recently that show that the workers were not slaves but paid tradesmen who had then state of the art medical care that involved broken bones that were perfectly healed and so on.
The old multitude of slaves pulled the stones up a ramp has been debunked.

It was not slaves.
While there are many ideas as to how, none of the theories work out.
They are insanely complex and precise structures, built in an incredibly short amount of time, especially the great pyramid.
There is little evidence showing the three primary Giza plateau pyramids were ever intended to be tombs. It is still the commonly held scholarly belief, as other theories are even more lacking in evidence at this time.
The internal ramp theory of how they were built seems to, perhaps, answer some questions about the method of construction, but still leaves a lot of bewilderment over much of how it was done.
Did gods or aliens help, or did the Egyptians have some now lost knowledge or technology? Any of that is possible, but it's all conjecture. There's no evidence either way.
It's a shame we don't have the blueprints for the big 3.

While nothing at this point can be proven, I tend to go with the 12.000 or so years.
My personal reasons are for the closeness in the dating of other anomalies found all over the planet, including, but not limited to Puma Punka, Göbekli Tepe. Nazca, etc.
The earth went through some strange happenings back then, virtually all record of which, has been long since lost, leaving what's in stone, laughing at us.

I can go the same route and say prove that they didnt...if you look at the pictures that is in the temple you would see that they was dark ppl and yes the hebrews are dark ppl! So it wasnt Egyptians enslaving Egyptians

I would think there were lots of slaves doing the manual labor, but it is the tech. used to create it, that I question. The precision machining of the stones, moving them into place, hauling them, all impossible in the manor suggested.
A technology used all over the planet, in some places with granite, and not sandstone.
No, I have a hard time accepting that all of these people developed this tech, independent of each other, and then all lost it, and we cannot figure it out today.
There is a huge chapter missing.
