On the news....Cat with no back legs and has wheelchair..owner being fined 230 bucks for cat not being on a leash.
Where I live...Cat laying in the middle of the road and I want by walking my dog without incident. {Hey lady..your cat's out here laying in the road..duh.}

Them new fanglified cars thet stop on their own when they sense on coming danger...
I don't ever want one a them. I dunno the technology, but if the brakes lock up during an emergency stop, then what? 
We bikers learn... when stoppin' emergency or not... ta shift down inta first gear... so's if danger comes from behine or anywhere else, we kin git the hell outta the way... FAST!
Butt if yer stuck in a car with the brakes locked up, you ain' goin' nowhere fast.
