I always sign a contract in the summer so they can't jack the price up later and they are legally obligated to deliver. What annoys me is that year or two that the market price actually went down!

I'm surprised that 50 chat isn't more diverse in threads...looks like one word or alphabet game after another..and it never seems to change...we need more interesting topics in here...Some funny witty threads would be uplifting....let's wrack our brains to come up with something interesting we can all participate in....what do you say??..

Why are there too many word games? You aren't forced to play them. Maybe there's not enough threads that interest YOU. Those that like games did something about it and created the games. If it bothers you then create your own threads. A lot of us come here to make friends and have fun not discuss the issues of the world. We're escaping the issues of the world for awhile.
