@ jamaicanchick that maybe part of the reason. I also believe that a lot of blacks who are like that are shamed of other blacks, or have some notion in their heads that blacks are no good.I have seen people on here stereotype other blacks because of what one or two may have done, but excuse others who have done worst. I see both men and women do this and it's disgusting. Personally I prefer seeing black couples and it's nothing against anyone else. It at least let me see that we haven't forgot how to love each other.
I love seeing it too..it is getting a little rare to see smh...what do you think should be done to help other blacks see themselves in a positive light? I just dont get it..I've never felt that kind of hate for my own..maybe because my fam is Jamaican...it seems this effects american blacks more than the others....which is how I know it stems from slavery.

I see it all the time..it seems people don't understand how to get to the root of a problem..or even know that there is a root to all problems..some think that is just how it is, but nothing is just how it is..I see black people bashing their own and saying another race is their preference..but to be honest those are learned thoughts.
I do think that blacks need to understand and be honest with what is going on and learn where all of that thinking comes from but a large group are too ignorant already.
