For breakfast, because I am a fat ass.. I eat a "oatmeal banana breakfast muffin" and a egg beaters and mushroom omelet. 225 calories. At the hotel I choose a bagel and boiled egg.

lol.. I eat healthy when I am not working.. but because I travel a lot I eat, subway.. or taco bell.. (blech)..

When I am home, (about 3 months out of the year).. I eat a lot of fish, chicken and fresh veggies, and LOVE to cook!

I got some GOOD NEWS- today on a medical issue that was really, really stressed. After I got my good report-- My boyfriend and I celebrated by going to I-Hop-- we don't eat out very often so this was a treat.

I got the Brioche French Toast combo-- with the Strawberry/Blueberry topping and: scrambled eggs with a touch of American cheese, hash browns, bacon and sausage. I only ate half-- got too full, too fast (like usual)

YUMMY-- snacking on some fresh, plump, sweet and juicy BLACK CHERRIES. I just read on Dr Joseph Mercola's site that they are good for pain and inflammation-- plus they're delicious

I started the day (today being lazy sunday) by nibbling on some muester cheese slices and raw veggies with ginger ale...

And went out for lunch... had a pho noodle soup (special combination) with lots jalapenos and bean sprouts... shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce... iced thai bubble tea...

For a lonely dinner by myself, I had two large slices of plain cheese cake...

It was a good day

Today I had 2 protein bars, a piece of fish, a small Caesar salad, and a water based protein powder drink in my shaker.

ADD meds have been doing a great job keeping my hunger at bay. Tomorrow is back to the gym so I will make sure that I eat enough calories.

I tried a new recipe for burgers tonight-- I started out with 2 lbs of EXTRA lean ground beef-- added in: 1/4 Cup olive oil mayonnaise, 1/4 Cup plain breadcrumbs, a generous amount of Lawrey's seasoned salt and Montreal Steak Seasoning. Used some rubber gloves to hand mix til all incorporated.

WOW-- very juicy and great flavor-- definitely gonna try this way again

We use toasted English Muffins in lieu of buns at our house. Those nooks and crannies hold all your condiments much better and NO sogginess

I'm watching my carbs so I made a yummy marinated veggie salad to go with.

Red wine vinaigrette made with: red wine vinegar, canola oil, water, garlic salt, oregano, Italian seasoning and a pinch of sugar.

The salad: diced Roma tomatoes, diced English cucumber, diced green pepper, finely diced sweet onion, sliced yellow pickled peppers, tomato & basil feta cheese crumbles.
