on a related note... if anyone is having any trouble sleeping, look up Jodi Whitely on youtube. She has a really good guided insomnia meditation thing, and many other good sleep meditation videos.

on a related note... if anyone is having any trouble sleeping, look up Jodi Whitely on youtube. She has a really good guided insomnia meditation thing, and many other good sleep meditation videos.
Thanks --- insomnia has been a part of my life as long as I can remember-- I recently started using Ambien occasionally-- and WOW I haven't slept this well in over a decade or more-- I know it's temporary but it's made a huge difference in how I function and feel.
