OP, you just have to be patient. There are a lot of people addicted to online dating. They come here looking for someone, but as they get attention, they become obsessed with it. Then no one is good enough and they don't really take anything past emailing or texting because they are doing that all day with 20 different people. For every few people really looking for something, you get quite a few addicts, crazy people or someone that has no idea why they are even here. Only advice i cam give is to keep trying. Good luck though!

hello, sometimes it takes awhile to make a connection, my theory is eventually i wil make a connection, I am real, but yes now adays people are becoming more drawn to the onlice world, as for me I am off and on, I am alot older, and do not try to rely on the online stuff, did make a real life connection thru this site, back on because it did not work out

I just pretty much stopped posting in here because nothing here has really held my interest in a while. I come in, look around, check out whoever's new and split usually. Then I get a couple of spam mails right after about how people have just looked at my profile and there's never anyone who shows up.

It's so true!!! I cannot stand fake people and liars. Where do these guys from other countries get off trying to convince you they're Americans when they can't speak proper English or put a sentence together to save they're soul. Or the men that say they're in the military and try to convince you they're American. Normally, if they call you, dear or pretty, it's a fake profile. Or, I will like know you more better. Then, I will call them out on it, and they get so mad. Cracks me up.

Plan meet ups with people you post with when you would happen to be in their area....I have done this while I was on vacation...there are lots of very nice people on here...give it a try...meet for lunch or a few drinks...
