Creek stomper: can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not but the duck population IS thriving.
Funny thing is most hunters are also the ones giving back to conservation efforts.
Mercedes: you can't just buy duck from a butcher. How do you think the food from your butcher got there? Someone else killed it. No different than me. But in my case I know mine are wild and not plumped full of hormones and potentially toxic substances.
She's not being sarcastic.
Hunters are nearly single-handedly responsible for the thriving duck and turkey populations we enjoy today.

All is good. I just couldn't tell but felt it needed clarification. So many are that hunters are crazed killers with no concern for he wildlife. If only they went to one of the following banquets and saw how many humble middle class people turned out money for donations towards conservation efforts.

I don't think I could kill a duck or (any other animal) but I'm glad other people do. I like meat.
I'm too lazy to get up that early in the morning and go hunting lol
and ducks aren't for me too greasy tasting..... and even deer sausage etc.....I don't care for.......
but cows...... I love me some cow meat (organic grass fed. meat is what I buy)

I got a new dog last week. My friends 90 year old uncle is dying and could no longer keep her. She was going to be sheltered.

going without debt, screws you, big time......
after 6 months....................of NOT paying payments on something...........you're credit rating is erased and you're back to NO credit......I on't care if you had a 780 credit score and maintained it for 30 years..........6 months being completely debt free erasing your past
it's a game you must play
I refuse to be in debt........

oh that's what I have always done...........I have no debt
but that leaves me with zero credit score.......which is worse than a bad credit score (I don't get the logic behind that, but whatever)
but with no credit score...........you get No loans
I was merely saying the whole credit rating system is a scheme to keep people paying interest to banks, failure to do so results in having no chance at getting a loan if one should actually want to take one out.....such as a car loan or mortgage..
you pay your water bill on time, cable bill on time, electric and gas bills on time..........you get ZERO credit
miss one of those payments and you'll get bad credit

my mother just went through this whole thing a few months ago, she went to apply for a loan to get a house, she paid off her 1st house 4 or 5 years ago.......she has ZERO credit, so when she was here one day I called her bank and asked them many many questions.(so that I could explain it all to her........she's not that quick on the uptake, if you know what I mean)
they said if she'd of had a credit card or made payments to "something" she'd of still had her 750 credit rating, but after 6 months of not making payments to something.........all is gone..
so she took out (can't think of the type of loan......she gave them 1 or 2 grand for collateral then borrow 1 or 2 grand from the bank....so I guess after she pays off that loan, she'll get her own money back and gain some credit...from the way I understand it

I'll have about 14 k to put down on a house by next year (by fall sometime I figure)........but I doubt I'll be able to get a mortgage......even though I have no debt........ I'm saying...I won't be able to get a loan......because I have no debt

Blessings. I continue to blessed in general(family, friends...prosperity, abundance...), for my sunny days out number the days of gloomy rain...and even then(when it rains)my umbrella(the fact of knowing the sun is still somewhere shining)is handy.
