ACTUALLY, just saying, I've taken care of a few patients who have developed fistulas....where the intestine adhered itself to another organ structure... A.K.A poopin out the cooch.

From my experiences in the health care industry, patients actually ARE grateful for the care that they receive, and are thankful to be alive when all is said and done.
