catsmeow53 from the 60's group can't get on line. It's been reported and she still isn't getting back. She's missed and we're concerned about this.

NO ACCESS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
Messages have been sent by several 60's group members to customer support in regards to User name catsmeow53. We only are seeing not read.
Where are the monitors for DH now days??? Some of the messages are now a week old and have not been read.
Please HELP!!!!

Where are the monitors for DH now days??? Some of the messages are now a week old and have not been read.

There is a customer support - some times your messages may take longer for them to reply to as they proably get tons of messages.

I am aware we do have customer support offered. In the past, the issue and a reply would be forth coming within three days at the latest. C.S. has been notified over Seven days and the message sent to CS is still showing NOT READ.
A few weeks back this happened to another poster. In my friends behalf, I sent them a note with her User name, phone number and regular email address and had a response the following day. The friend was back on line and problem resolved.

April 23rd....Still no Help... Messages to Customer Service still showing unread. This is unreal!!
