My best friend's boyfriend is a Gemini.
She's told me stories about the funny shit he's pulled. He's a very calm and soft spoken person. Hard worker, lover of very fine things.
Me and him get along because I boldly say the shit about my friend's "friend's" that he's too much of a gentleman to say, so he sits back and lets me rip into them.
She told me a story about how she was going to go out with a friend he didn't like. He sat there calmly and watched as she got all dressed up and right before she left he said "Don't come back,". Needless to say she ended up not going because she had NO idea what that meant.

I've met enough of them to know that they aren't worth the risk in dealing with them to find a "good one".
Passive Aggressive. Selfish. Hypocritical. One-sided. Greedy. They want everything from you they aren't ready or willing to give yet. They pretend like they're so humble or insecure but they secretly think they're the shit and better than certain individuals. And should you come off to them as being kinder to those individuals they'll passive aggressively treat those individuals like shit while still trying to be their friend.
They want you to do what they say and when even though you could them it's an emergency and they will still move at the speed THEY desire.
Their stubbornness can be quite stupid at times. Even if they know they're being stubborn about something they are wrong about they will opt to keep going that route 100% of the time because "reasons".
They are extremely jealous of you if you prove to them and to others you're superior in things they deem important... even if you didn't try to.
No offense to Taurus people, obviously other's my get along with them. But I'd rather not waste a moment of my time on people who are so self-centered and think the world should pay them respects they aren't even capable of paying.

Which brings me to this question because I am curious what you guys think (men&women): if you have only two choices to love or be loved, which one would you guys choose?
Ironically I have a lot of experience with Aquarius but they're still a mystery to me. I have yet to meet a female Aquarius I didn't like. I usually get excited because it means I've found a partner in crime.
Honestly I want to be loved. I feel like loving is a thankless job. It cuts you deep to CHOOSE to give so much while people OPT to return the least amount possible... IF any.
I want to be on the receiving end for once.
I'm tired of taking the high-road and being the better person and considering others far more than I've ever been considered in my life time.
I want to be selfish for once.

What an interesting take, Amuse. Impressive. In essence, the ability to love provides one with a satisfaction because one has the ability to provide another with a gift. Whereas, the ability to only receive love, assures one with only so much satisfaction due to the fact one can only detract. While to love causes pain, invariably, it also prompts a feeling of accomplishment. The only way one can remain intact and happy with only the ability to receive and not give love, is if they are a true sociopath and do not feel any empathy for others.
I have been accused of this, playfully (I hope). And the fact remains that I do have some capacity to not get attached. BUT..once I do, I am extremely loyal to my own..

I don't know enough about Scorpio men.
I don't warm up to people I can't read. Everyone has a right to their secrets but if I can't tell if I'm annoying you or pissing you off I'm walking away just to be safe. I several Scorpio students who confused the F**K out of me, but each one is SO different. One comes off as a Pisces, the other comes off as a Sagittarius, and the other definitely comes off as Scorpio.
Aquarius men are a waste of time for me romantically. They're zodiac's best match but they make the best of friends with me. They also appreciate my humor. I had a class with and Leo and a Gemini my age, and the Aquarius male in his 50's was the one giggling at the sneaky questions I would ask.
Lately Libra men have been setting me off and it's annoying the f**k out of me. One Libra man I was attracted to turns out to have a girlfriend he's think of marry soon. I really liked him because he's super shy and funny at the same time. The 38 year old Libra I liked just put himself on my shit list.
