Let the crazy b*tch try it!!One step closer to a revolution if it wins the top seat.

Semper Fi !!!

Hillary Clinton is making a war on personal gun ownership a central part of her campaign for the White House. Here are six of the most outrageous aspects of her effort to incrementally disarm American citizens.

Consider Australian-style gun ban–On October 16 Hillary Clinton held a town hall at Keene State College. An audience member asked, “[Regarding] handguns…Australia recently managed to take away tens of thousands–even millions–of handguns, and in one year they were all gone. Can we do that? And if we can’t, why can’t we?” Clinton answered by pointing not only to Australia but Canada and the UK as well. She described the bans in all three countries as “a good example” of how other countries reacted to high-profile crime and suggested the Australian ban, in particular, “would be worth considering…on the national level” in the U.S.

Allow Crime Victims To Sue Gun Manufacturers–In addition to an Australian-style gun ban, Clinton proposes eliminating the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act’s (PLCAA) prohibition to frivolous lawsuits against gun makers. This would allow crime victims and anti-gun attorneys to sue gun makers for incidents in which criminals misuse firearms, even if those firearms were lawfully made and sold prior to being obtained illegally (stolen) by the criminal.

Allow Crime Victims to Sue Gun Sellers–This point is very similar to Clinton’s push against gun manufacturers. It would open up Federal Firearms License holders (FFLs) to suits from crime victims over the misuse of guns that were lawfully sold, then illegally obtained (stolen) by criminals.

During a March 6 Democrat debate presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders made clear that Clinton’s plans to open up gun makers and sellers to such frivolous suits will result in one thing–the elimination of gun manufacturing in America.

Replace Instant Background Checks With Indefinite Background Checks–Clinton wants to expand the time frame in which a background for a gun purchase is conducted. The current time frame is “instant”–via the National Instant Criminal Background Check System–but there is an allowance for the FBI to take up to three days to complete the criminal records search on a would-be gun buyer. Clinton wants to expand the FBI’s three day allowance by transforming it into an indefinite amount of time to complete a search. This means a woman under threat from a violent former boyfriend might enter a gun store on May 3 to acquire a firearm for self-defense but not be allowed to pick it up until June 15, July 23, December 13, or even longer. She would be forced to fend off the attacker as best she could in the interim.

Outlaw Private Gun Sales and Add No-Fly List to Background Checks–These two proposals go together because they illustrate the tactic of limiting the avenues available for law-abiding gun purchases, while simultaneously tightening the parameters for such purchases. Step 1: Outlaw private gun sales by implementing universal background checks–the same checks in place in California and Paris. These checks bar gun owners from selling a firearm without government oversight and paperwork. Step 2: Add the ambiguous no-fly list to the background checks system’s prohibited persons list, thereby quickly increasing the number of Americans barred from making gun purchases to begin with.

I read about her Australian style gun ban. I remember watching on tv as 100's of thousands of guns were being destroyed and there were grown men watching and crying as family heirlooms, memories, valuables and freedom was destroyed. I will never forget it.

I really, really hope everyone takes just a few minutes to watch at least the first segment of NRA NEWS, CAM & COMPANY.

Cam Edwards talks about an anti gun proposal in MASSACHUSETTS that got shot down by the residents. Yes, MASSACHUSETTS of all places!

He then talks about two armed citizens in Tennessee who rescued a little girl from her pervert uncle.

Please, if you can spare only five minutes, watch this.

This article is from Fox News.

Semper Fi !!!

From changing the Supreme Court to make it possible to again ban guns in the United States to making it more costly to own guns, I predict that a President Hillary Clinton will do four things to either ban guns or at least reduce gun ownership, especially for poor people:

1. Sunday, George Stephanopoulos pushed Clinton twice on whether people have a right to own guns on ABC News’ "This Week": “But that's not what I asked. I said do you believe that their conclusion that an individual's right to bear arms is a constitutional right?” Clinton could only say: “If it is a constitutional right...”

But to anyone familiar with the Supreme Court rulings on the Second Amendment, Clinton clearly indicated that she would appoint Supreme Court Justices who will allow gun bans.

Until 2008, Washington, D.C., had a complete handgun ban. It was also a felony to put a bullet in the chamber of a gun. In effect, this was a complete ban on guns. In District of Columbia v. Heller, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down these laws.

Clinton told Stephanopoulos: “I think that for most of our history, there was a nuanced reading of the Second Amendment until the decision by the late Justice Scalia and there was no argument until then that localities and states and the federal government had a right, as we do with every amendment, to impose reasonable regulation.”

Clinton went on to talk about her push for expanded background checks, but that has nothing to do with Scalia’s decision in Heller. Instead, she should explain what made D.C.’s regulations “reasonable.” She could have told us why people should be imprisoned for five years for defending their families.

In McDonald v. City of Chicago (2010), Supreme Court justices Stephen Breyer wrote in his dissent: "I can find nothing in the Second Amendment’s text, history, or underlying rationale that could warrant characterizing it as ‘fundamental’ insofar as it seeks to protect the keeping and bearing of arms for private self-defense purposes.” Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor joined in this dissent.

Breyer and Ginsburg were both appointed by President Bill Clinton. Sotomayor was Obama’s first nominee to the Supreme Court. Obama’s second nominee, Elana Kagan, would clearly have voted the same way had she been on the court at the time. Indeed, Kagan served in the Clinton administration and helped lead the President’s gun control initiatives.

If Hillary wins in November, she will appoint Scalia’s successor and the Supreme Court will overturn the Heller decision. Make no mistake about it, gun bans will return.

2. Stephanopoulos also asked Hillary on Sunday about her support in 1993 for a 25 percent sales tax on handguns. This is enough to add a hundred or more dollars to the price of a gun. Clinton wouldn’t say if she still supported such a tax, but she appeared to justify the proposal by talking about the costs of gun violence. Of course, she has never acknowledged the fact that guns are used to stop crimes 4 to 5 times more often than they are used to commit them.

3. Hillary never mentions it, but the new background checks that she keeps pushing will also make guns more costly and not make us safer. In Washington and New York City, expanding background checks to private transfers will add at least $125 to the cost of obtaining a gun. In New Jersey, it usually adds $100. It is as low as $60 in Washington State.

4. On Sunday, Hillary also pushed the idea of making gun makers and sellers liable for guns which end up being used in crimes. As her rival Bernie Sanders, of all people, has explained: “If somebody has a gun and it falls into the hands of a murderer and the murderer kills somebody with a gun, do you hold the gun manufacturer responsible? Not any more than you would hold a hammer company responsible if somebody beats somebody over the head with a hammer.” Even if Sanders exaggerates when he says that Hillary’s proposal will eliminate guns in the U.S., everyone knows that this change in rules will raise the cost of guns and put many out of business.

After adding up all these fees, taxes, and liabilities, few Americans are going to be able to afford guns.

Of course, Clinton’s plan to take away peoples guns could be seen in all her misleading or false statements. On Sunday, she couldn’t help repeating the false statistic that gun violence in America claims the lives of “33,000 people a year.” In 2014, there were 21,334 firearm suicides, 586 accidental gun deaths, and 8,124 gun murders. Clinton gets to the 33,000 number by adding in roughly 3,000 justifiable homicides by police and civilians.

Moreover, 71 percent of these 30,134 deaths are suicides. In light of Clinton’s support for legalizing assisted suicide, it is strange for her not to make a clear distinction between suicides and murders. Research continually shows that banning guns won’t prevent suicides — there are simply too many easy ways to kill oneself. In Japan, which has a suicide rate that is 54 percent higher than the U.S. rate, many people take their lives by stepping in front of trains.

The 90 percent poll number that she uses is just as misleading, since it doesn't actually ask about real legislation.

I found this on the Tea Party web site. These people have no regard for the constitution or the 2nd amendment. If elected their plan to place limits on the 2nd amendment will cause a fight that they don't want.

Semper Fi !!!

On July 22 Hillary Clinton announced Tim Kaine as her running mate. Kaine is a Democrat Senator from Virginia who supports a ban on 15-round “clips” and “assault weapons,” and who wants to enact a law to hold gun dealers liable for the misuse of firearms.

During the June 26 airing of Meet the Press, Kaine told Chuck Todd that he voted for an “assault weapons” ban before and “would likely vote for it again.” But he stressed that he believes “limitations on the size of magazines and ammunition clips” is the first step to take.

Todd asked Kaine if he believes the sale of AR-15 rifles ought to be illegal, and Kaine offered no direct answer, Instead, he suggested the problem with banning certain rifles is that the ban can be circumvented. Kaine said:

Here’s the thing, I have voted for [the assault weapons ban], and I would likely vote for it again, but here’s the practical problem I think you’re aware of. As soon as you define what an assault weapon is–that you can’t sell a weapon and here’s how to describe it–gun manufacturers just make one adjustment or two and they say, “See, this isn’t subject to the limitation.”
On September 8, 2015–just two weeks after Vester Lee Flanagan used a legally purchased firearm to kill news reporter Alison Parker on-air–Kaine put forward a bill to hold licensed gun dealers liable for the misuse of firearms. The bill was designed to “raise the bar” and require more “accountability” on the part of gun sellers. The Roanoke Times reported that Kaine’s bill “would make gun sellers criminally liable for a bad sale if they didn’t take reasonable, affirmative steps to determine the customer met federal criteria.”

Consider the scenario–Flanagan passed a federal background check for his gun. He passed the very same check that Hillary Clinton, Gabby Giffords, and others assure us will reduce crime and/or make us safer. But after passing the check and acquiring the gun, Flanagan carried out an evil deed. Background checks will never stop a latent criminal from getting a gun; they only stop actual criminals.

Yet even though the law was followed regarding Flanagan–a federal background check completed and passed–Kaine’s response was to push for more liability on the licensed gun dealer. In other words, he wants the gun dealer held responsible for what a buyer does after exiting the store with a firearm the FBI allowed him to purchase.

This is Hillary Clinton’s running mate.

So what kind of person NEEDS a gun with a 15-round (or more) clip? 'Hunting' gophers?
I just don't understand the point of this kind of gun other than war, as an assault weapon for killing.

Sorry but you don't understand the second amendment. It doesn't make a good golly god dam how many rounds any gun holds. If you support that "skank" hillary in any way shape or form then I'd guess you are in this group as a TROLL.Something else you should know a "clip" is something that was used in WW1,they are called magazines and you will find that most 9MM and small cals come with a 15 round magazine. An assault weapon is something that the military has it "IS NOT" available to the general public.I doubt you would know the difference between the two.
Your post here offends me,mostly because you have no idea what you are talking about. You sound like a liberal and that too offends me.

Semper Fi !!!.............see if you can figure out what that means!!

How many f**king unconstitutional laws do we need. There are more gun laws on the books than can be read,it's as bad as the the damn tax laws that even the IRS can't seem to figure out.
hillary doesn't give a shit about crazies with guns. She and and people like obama are being pushed by the UN and people like george soros who want to take total control of everything and everybody.
Wake the hell up and do some research and read up on your history. What you will find might set you straight on a good many things.

I wonder how hildlabeast likes these numbers.I would think the numbers alone would tell the gun grabbing a**holes that the majority of the population doesn't want the government screwing with the second amendment.

Semper Fi !!!

More than 14.5 million Americans are now licensed to carry a concealed handgun — a jump of 1.73 million in just a year, according to new research that says women and black Americans are among the most eager to sign up.

More than 6 percent of the adult population in the U.S. now has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, according toJohn R. Lott Jr. at the Crime Prevention Research Center. And those who actually carry is likely much higher because nearly a dozen states don’t even require a permit to do so, he said.

Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania each have more than 1 million registered permit holders, while in the smaller states of Indiana and South Dakota, about 15 percent of all adults are permitted.

“Part of it is just Obama. We have had a big increase in people buying guns, but it’s pretty clear it’s broader. It’s not just the number of guns, it’s clear more people are using guns,” Mr. Lott said.

The numbers come at a time when the gun debate is heating up nationally, with the two major party presidential candidates battling over gun ownership and use. GOP nominee Donald Trump is a concealed carry permit holder himself, while Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has called for cracking down on firearms ownership.

Several gun control groups either didn’t respond to messages or were too busy with the Democratic convention in Philadelphia this week to be able to review Mr. Lott’s findings.

Mrs. Clinton, who was officially nominated by Democrats on Tuesday, is on record saying she doesn’t think more people carrying weapons is positive. Mr. Trump, meanwhile, says more people with guns can curtail dangerous situations.

For now, Mr. Trump’s stance is prevailing.

Mr. Lott said every state in the U.S. now allows concealed carry for firearms, as does Washington, D.C., which began to issue permits earlier this year.

The rules vary widely among states, but permits are much more popular in states where the permits are easier and less expensive to obtain. By contrast, states where the government has more discretion to refuse to approve applications end up with a lower rate of permit-holders.

Mr. Lott calculated that a 10 percent increase in the rate of permit-holders translates into a 1.4 percent lower murder rate.

The Obama effect on the gun industry has been profound. Just about every measure shows firearms have become more popular during his tenure — sales, manufacturing, background checks and permits — as he has pushed for tighter restrictions.

Mr. Lott said women are growing as a share of permit-holders, with nearly one-third of permits in Tennessee and one-quarter of permits in Florida, Texas and North Carolina now held by women.

Texas also tracks permit-holders by race, and while whites still hold the vast majority, the rate of black permit-holders has grown more than twice as quickly, he said.

That tracks with recent polling that has shown a large increase in the proportion of black Americans with a favorable view of guns.

Mr. Lott also said permit holders are exceptionally law-abiding — even compared to the police themselves, who he said are six times as likely to be convicted of misdemeanors or felonies as permit holders are. That’s true even for crimes involving firearms; permit-holders are one-seventh as likely to run into such trouble as the police.

Spoken like a true dictator "kesha; we can control who we give the f**king weapons to.”
gabby giffords brain hasn't caught up with the rest of the world, she wants every gun purchaser to "pass a background check"!Anyone buying a gun already has to pass a background check. Both of these two belong in a padded room!!

Semper Fi !!!

Pop singer Kesha is pushing gun control, saying no one can “control every single person” but “we can control…who we give the f**king weapons to.”

Kesha was playing a late night concert coinciding with the Democrat National Convention in Philadelphia, at an event sponsored by Gabby Gifford’s gun control group, Americans for Responsible Solutions.

According to The Hill, Kesha played a four song set. Halfway through the set she stopped and said she “needed to say something.” She then said:

We as a nation, we can’t control who feels hurt, we can’t control who feels pain. You can’t control every single person and know how they’re going to deal with things and know if they’re going to pick up a weapon — you don’t know that. But what we can control is who we give the f**king weapons to.
She added, “I think the universe is screaming at us that there needs to be a change, and we have to f**king listen.” Kesha then launched into a song titled, “Dirty Love.”

Gabby Giffords also spoke at the event, saying, “Stopping gun violence takes courage. The courage to do what’s right, the courage of new ideas.” Giffords has began pushing to require every would-be gun purchaser to pass a background check ever since Jared Loughner passed a background check to acquire the gun he used to wound her on January 8, 2011.

Kim Rhode just set another record in skeet shoot at the Olympics, she is the only person to have medals in six consecutive Olympics.

Just before the match started she talked about the second amendment and how much it means to her but you won't see it on the news.
