I know of one successful couple from here. She ended up moving to his state. But I forgot the nicknames. Maybe it was Angel?? She was a single mom.

They were on when I first came to DH. Their ad used to be on the homepage for a while.
I think Steve & Sharon got married.
Bill & Sandy moved in together. (He moved to NC to CA to be with her.)
I have seen some profiles that sparked my interest but the more I "read" them the interest faded. I just stayed and enjoyed the entertainment. I don't believe there is any hope of my ever having a relationship, again -- let alone just enjoying the company of a man my age. Actually, my age group doesn't have that much time left on earth to worry about dating.

Jim, Shag, Bones, Husker, Bub, Sheeza -- lots of members like(d) motorcycles.
I don't know about the "Tony".
I've ridden and had a bike when I was young but not overly enthused with them now, unless they are tour bikes or trikes and it's summer, dry, and a day trip. I've done the long distance thing and it is more painful than enjoyable.

There used to be an older couple from Ga chat...
That had just hooked up shortly after i joined DH back in late 08 or early 09.
I dont think they ever posted in any forums..just in groups.
I guess they were one of DH's early success stories.
..because they had gotten married at a Ga chat DH get together party.
On DHs early sign inn page , it used to show several couples who connected.
I never got to know them well,
..being i used to just troll & post random shit., they used to call Tony..splitlicker.
Hed be the only other guy in the group online late at night...so wed sometimes shoot comments back and forth joking bout people.
Anyhow he died a few years later..and his wife used to post every now & then and eventually stopped.
Some years later ..i notice their pic still up with the other couples...and id think to my self...that it seemed a little weird.
..knowing of the guys death and seeing him as part of the successful couple advertisement.
I guess hes been dead really longer than it seems ..because he actually died before the real Dustin had left the site.
I dont pay much atention to the successful Couples features ..or..even the top posters stuff.
Iv always find most of it is fake or misleading.
So i dont know when they removed the couples photo , i I speak of...
I know you have been here for a long while ..but have forgotten just how long.
A lot of Ga ..people used to never post out side of GA chat...back during my early membership..maybe 2 at most.
The people from here who use DH are sorta strange in their own way...shy or something.
Most who post are like a group cult.
..but then there are a lot of ghost...or people who use the site , but afraid or dont know how to use groups & forums.
I never understand those types anytime im inboxed by some part local stranger.
Il tell them to go jump into the forums...and they shy away from my inbox saying its not for them.
...shady i call them.
The couple i speak of , used to chat in 50's chat for a short spell after their marraige...that wouldve been almost ten years ago.
So im not sure if you know of them, or not.

I posted almost exclusively in 60s Group when I came to DH. That was the group available to me in my age group, that's what the site rules instructed.
I may not have posted in 50s forum a year or more after I came to DH.
Would you be referring to Jhnny & Sunshine? I posted a little with them. Her more so. He blocked me.
The only one, back then, that I saw posted about who died was a 'bendover'. I don't know that I posted with him but he had alternates I had posted with.

No..iv never chatted in 50's chat....they would just tell old freinds in state chat thats where they spent most of their time after getting married and drifting from group.
..but that were like 9 years ago... are you close to 70 now ? ..i thought you were in early 60's...
Iv talked to you a long time ago ,a few times ...perhaps you told me you were in your 60's back then...and iv lost track of time.
Iv come across so many people since first joining i can never remember names , ages or half the people that iv gotten stories from.

...I had thought the couple I knew where these people.
However I did some research today...and found out , I were wrong.
The guy I knew .. had an alternative profile. Titled 'hangingjudge'
The profile still exist , I but the guy died back in 2011.
...and I couldn't remember his wife from DH's name.
The couple had similier similier stories.
Is why I had become confused with them.
The couple I knew are about 12 years younger than the ones you mention.
