Never had a bad date with a girl but I was wondering. If you pick up a girl up and things go wrong on a date do you just leave her there and leave? Without caring whether she has a ride or not or do you feel obligated to take her back home?

Probably a good idea to give her for a cab. Anything happens to her its her problem. At least that's what I think if I want to leave her there

Plus. Straighten your spine. Set your feet at shoulder distance apart. Get a good grip with your arms around her. And then lift with your legs.
Your welcome!

Depends on the depth and nature of her indiscretions. I have come quite close to abandoning a dingbat once. She was drunk (like my kinda drunk-complete and total blotto) and i was sober. Not my idea of a good time. My "patience" paid off though. She took me to her place and f**ked me silly. A lesson there. Always gotta put the "can i at least get a handjob among a squeeze or two on her precious endowments?" angle at the forefront of your mind.

Lawfully speaking, if I leave her there (restaurant, movies) after a bad date (ignoring me or treating me like sh*t) will I get into trouble with the law if something happens to her or could she do something to get me into trouble? Do I have to at least offer a ride back what if she says no?

if you drove to pick her up then the best thing to do is give her a ride home..or at least get her a cab.
If you met her there then you can bounce shes on her own.

It sounds like you have a pretty good sense that the date may go badly. If at all possible have her drive herself to the meeting place then. If you pick her up you gotta bring her back home. Don't be a turd and strand her. If she "starts" just say "we're leaving now" and take her home.

After a night of partying one of the guy's brought one to the apt. After their activities, they were having words. She said call me a cab! He disappeared for a bit then came out and went to the front door, he invited her out, when she stepped out he stepped in and slammed the door shut and locked it. He then yelled "Your a cab!"

If you pick her up you take her back where you picked her up.
It's not a law, it's a human thing to do.
But...I honestly would worried that she starts screaming that I tried to rape her or something like that..
So..
Best thing to do is not picking her up.

If you pick up your date, you should take her home, even if things don't work out. But if you won't take her home, then call a cab for her. I think it's best that you both meet somewhere though.
Also, are you only concerned about if YOU would get in trouble with the law if you left your date stranded? Do you even care that she might not have a way home?

You can meet her there and then if it's all messed up, go your separate ways.
But then the question becomes, do you still pay for her portion if it was a dinner date or even a bar tab...

fairymaiden, I'm talking about if the date went like... really bad. Granted, it's bad enough for man to have to deal with the sting of rejection if it is clear that the woman isn't feeling him but to still have to pay. It is what it is.
But I'm talking about like... maybe the two had an argument or if the woman was actually just a total... well, she wasn't a good person (yes, even some women can be capable of just being really nasty people). For the sake of the discussion, I'm talking about if it was actually her fault (yes, I know men can be douchebags too, but I'm not talking about that).

Pretty damn selfish question sonny. Of course you take her home and tell her it ain't working. She may have something for ya if you don't. You gotta play it smart and at least be a gentleman or maybe that word isn't in your vocabulary.

^^^Yeah, dating is rough. A guy can be the perfect gentleman and still get dissed and dismissed on a regular (at least if he is actually looking for a relationship). It may be that American society (or Westernized society) in general is so messed up that it probably makes things more difficult than they need to be.

Same for the ladies. They still get dissed and dismissed by guys too at times. They don't always have it made out there in the dating world.

Dude...it depends on what went wrong.
If you just didn't get along or something like that....you should take her back home, or back to where her friends are or were.
If she turns nutcase on you, and causes something too dramatic or psycho like.....that's different.
But you picked her up, there are no guarantee's.....so in that....your responsible to get her back....that's old school thinking. Either way....to say you don't care what happens to her....seems to be the new way of thinking and that goes for women not caring about what happens to the guy either.

I had a first date go sour once, and I knew I didn't want to see her again.
Didn't hate her, but she was not someone I wanted to keep around.
Towards the end of our date a nasty storm came through and she had a half hour drive. It was kinda late, and since my place was really close, I had her stay on my couch.
She left the next morning and that was that. Unless you are actively fighting, there is no reason not to be civil.
