who all has animals? and what owns you??
we have 3 dogs
1. an Italian Greyhound named Rudy, 14 inches tall, stick legs, 9 years old..
2. Black Lab/ Griffon mix named Jasmine, lab size, 80 pounds, 9 years old
3. Schnauzer/ Jack Russell mix, Roxy, 27 pounds, short legs, 7 years old, climbs the tree after the squirrels, and also climbs the fence. too friendly

we also have 2 Manx cats, fixed males.. Willie is black/white, 13 years old, 14 pounds.. owns the neighborhood.. Nubbins is a Blue Russian, 10 years old, about 9 pounds. He was born wild, his Momma had never been touched and she was so mad when I was feeding her 2 babies.. Nubby stayed here because he is still scared of everything, but the brother went back to being wild..

we also have a 40 gallon fish tank with 12 fish, and now we have a peach faced lovebird named Buzz.. he is a character.. likes to watch shows with lots of music in them..

Plus I feed about 5 or 6 squirrels here, and a small flock of wild ducks that live in the creek across the street. usually about 20 of them stay year round because several of us in the neighborhood feed them..

So please tell us about the furry or feathered loves in your lives.. my pc will not post pics right now or I would share..

@connier..You love God's creatures as much as I do. I have three brothers, 5 years of age, all black and white living with me. Indoor cats. Whiskers is about 12 pounds and is the mischief maker of the three. But mostly when I am struggling with my health he parades back and fourth in front of me so I will stroke his back until I feel better. Tuxedo weighs about 12 pounds and keeps me company with his chatter. Sassy weighs about the same as his brothers and when I am feeling a bit sad, will get his shoelace toy, drag it to me, meowing all the while so I will take the lace and play. This always cheers me up. If I happen to ignore him he will get it on his back, stops and look at me as if to tell me to come on and play. They are all very smart and I thank God for His blessing of sending them to me.

yes, I love animals. volunteered at our local cat shelter for 3 years and put in about 30 hours a week, then year 4 I was hired to work in their vets office. I loved it, but was hard to not take too many cats home.. had 10 at one time, and also fostered some babies one summer.. cats are my passion, my weakness..

connier. That is quite a bird. I am unable to remember the type of bird now but at a hotel in Wisconsin they had a bird in a cage behind their desk. When a pretty girl would walk by the bird would let out a whistle. Soon the bird would squawk "Dirty bird, dirty cage. Let me out!!"

What a wonderful bird this Wilma. I don't think some folks realize just how important birds are as pets.

Do not use any cleaning product that ends in sol if you have cats.
Chocolate, coffee, tuna, are also dangerous.

I sent a video out to my friends about an adorable/cute cat that is very lucky to have a vet giving him bionic back legs and paws. How lucky is that cat.

Also, watch carefully about a loose Tylenol. These are toxic to animals and have known of them killing pets.
