It could be the profile has to be up for a certain length of time before you can make changes.
If no one knows for sure, write to CS....you might check under were it says: terms for the answer.

After a heart break, a forum, especially like this one, can be the worse place to be....no matter which gender you are, you'll read things from the other gender that makes you feel that much worse about them, and you need some time to get over this, before getting into another relation.
But, that's just my opinion.
