Self reflection is always interesting, as it is one way to truly know one's self. However just the fact that you know who YOU are, does not mean that others will see you that way.
Think of all the good people out there that know they are good, yet when they proclaim that they are good, people do not see that.
Therefore it makes no difference to state what YOU know to be true of yourself, because people will not believe the statement. It is only through actions that people truly see who YOU are.

4. Knowing one's self is essential, yet many do not take the time to do that, for what ever reason, or they have played at being something they are not, that they have morphed into that being.
5. Fear is the greatest thing stopping people from knowing their true selves, due to not really want to see what they truly are.
These are just points to ponder in you search for understanding.
