She always put one hand on the back of my head and the other sorta sideways down my back and squeezed my face into her boobs if she was in heels, or into her neck otherwise. I've been taller than every other girl, so I usually go around the neck, but I still like to put my face on their neck sorta. I LIKE affection and hugging etc, but in general I don't like to touch people and I don't like people touching me. So it's very rare I like a girl enough to get that far. Finally find one and turns out she was just playing a game.

If I'm hugging the woman I'm in a relationship with, it's almost always around her neck because I'm usually at least 6" taller. The amount of romantic groping depends on the crowd size. And perhaps the level of our sobriety. If it's a woman friend, I put my right hand around the small of her back and lean down so we can kiss each other's cheek. Cuz my whiskey drink is usually in my left hand. Of the few guys that I hug in greeting, the standard seems to be right arm draped over his left shoulder, left arm circling around the right side of his ribs, right side of head along side of his right side of the head. Hold firmly for 2-4 seconds and release. With my darker complected buddies, there's the up-fingered palm right handshake with the left arm briefly encircling the other for a quick back pat then release. I'm a hugger and cheek kisser with nearly all my women friends. I just prefer the chest to chest romantic clench/clutch/clasp with MY woman
