There are a lot of mean heartless "people" in this world. Never recall it being gender specific. You are picking one incident out of millions to state a case. There are many ways a person can fall prey to evil intentions. This is just one out of many!

Was it the case of him trying to get sympathy from her and she called him out on it.. obviously the guy had some mental issues, to kill himself over her.

MASSACHUSETTS — A jury trial in a case in which a girl is charged with involuntary manslaughter after prosecutors say she encouraged her boyfriend to kill himself by sending him dozens of text messages and telling him to “get back in” a truck filled with carbon monoxide fumes in July of 2014 begins Monday, June 5th.

Michelle Carter was 17 when prosecutors say she pressured Roy into suicide and helped him research techniques to flood the cabin of his pickup truck with carbon monoxide.

Massachusetts’ Supreme Court ruled in July of 2016 that a grand jury had probable cause to indict Carter for 18-year-old Roy’s death.

Carter’s defense team has argued her texts were protected by the First Amendment and didn’t cause Roy to kill himself, arguing he was the architect behind the plan. The high court noted that the grand jury heard evidence suggesting that Carter engaged in a “systematic campaign of coercion” that targeted Roy’s insecurities and that her instruction to “get back in” his truck in his final moments was a “direct, causal link to his death.”

No not at all.

Calling in a bomb threat costs time and resources and action needs to be taken to ensure the safety of those at the facility threatened in case it is an actual real event.

Telling someone to kill themselves doesn't require any action or use of resources by the one being told...there is no loss to anyone.

I'm surprised you couldn't figure out those differences yourself.

If a family member of yours dies you don't consider that a loss?

No loss resulted from her phone call or her words, the loss came from HIM CHOOSING to top himself..he is 100% responsible for that loss...no one else.
