As long as any a**hole can sell a gun to whoever he wants, and not be held responsible for it, people like in Chicago are going to purchase guns to kill each other.
Gun registration may never prevent all the deaths in the world, but it would hold people accountable for selling guns to individuals who are not authorized to purchase them.

In Texas, it is illegal for a minor to purchase a gun from a licensed dealer! Great? Right?
