Shit back in the mid 90s I got banned from owning a phone or even using one anywhere for 2 years because I was going down the list in the phone book calling everyone. Bunch of people got pissed off about it and went to the law.

By the time they worked out the password or my fingerprint.. I would have called my provider as well...
I still have my iPhone on hand if I need ... and insurance would pay for a new phone.
Report it to T-mobile. They can shut it down, and/or track it.
