Typically the men/women who bring up every real or imagined infractions at a later date have their own issues. Some are passive aggressive and can't/won't "discuss" problems when they occur. You never even knew there was a problem. Down the line some innocuous event will trigger their wrath and you'll be subjected to a litany of your wrong doings.
I have found this trait to generally be more applicable to the female of the species. (Just thought I'd stir the pot a little.)
Hell, I cant remember what I had for dinner last night.
Wait a minute...it was spaghetti and I'm having it for dinner tonight because I've got some leftovers.

The only women I ever go out with show obvious interest. And some persistence. It's not because of my ego, I'm just tired of playing love games, tired of making an a** of myself trying to date women who aren't interested, and tired of wasting money and time with women who are just playing along for the free dinner and movie, but otherwise have no genuine attraction to me.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question and am not a guy but one of the problems is not the seduction itself but the point at which it happens.
If a guy comes on too strong, too fast for me, it leaves me feeling like I'm just a warm, available body. Not that I'm the one he wants. JMHO

I think most guys want a little bit of both: for a girl to bat her eyelashes at him AND for her to show obvious interest in him.  I know what you mean, because in the past when I showed this one guy that I was interested in him and started a convo with him, he played it off like it was a slutty thing for me to do and that I was only coming on to him to "get laid". As soon as I got that vibe from him and read between the lines from the crap he was saying to me, I immediately stopped talking to him and turned my attention to other people. Then he was like, "wtf" and then said I was stuck-up because I stopped talking to him! Sometimes a girl can't win. She's damned if she does and damned if she doesn't ~ 
Guys that react as you have stated need to grow up... I have been around since Methuselah was a boy and love to have a lovely Lady pay attention to me... and if they looked like you I would as they say drag my tongue through grown glass to smell your bicycle seat, and should you gift me with a little kiss I would beat down your door to make sure you walked on rose petals 
To answer the original question... no don't loose interest when the lady shows interest in me.

Tired of hearing "but it's natural" as an excuse to have no finess when getting the bums rush. WTH?
So is urination and defication but I practice bladder and bowel control too.
Pushing agressively to "hit it" puts me in a defensive back-the-hell-off-pissed-mode, not a warm, relaxed, receptive one - let alone thinking about encouraging him. It is in no way flattering for a relative stranger to convey he'd dump a load on ya. Yes, I want to been "seen" and wanted for ME (and want him too) - not just as a scratch for a "natural" itch.
