It could be the Holidays... But I do know that a lot of people have just gotten fed up with a lot of arguing. But I have to say there have been alot of good topics on here. many heated discussions.. some kick back and laugh ones.....and then there were some that really didn't belong becuase they were being Blasphemus....Hopefully someone will create a new good topic.

way 2 many blockers thats what killed it. too many foul mouths like qual, bikerboy, and people stuck on them selves like bash, mindya and many many more, but maybe things might look up soon, see some old face's that were hiding, maybe just maybe the other blockers will come out and be not so stuck on them selves? we can onmly hope, oh ya, welcome!

This person is blocked because he spams the forum with off topic videos (15 Monty Python videos)for which he was suspended (third time in a few weeks) and he's blocked by me for copious copy and pasting of JW material generally unrelated to the thread topic.
He's a nuisance that acts like a 14 year old.
This is a Christian forum not a JW forum.

Hey everyone sorry for disappearing so fast last night, I fell asleep haha.
Also I just wanted to say that I do believe that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are both God and are members of the trinity that all seve the same purpose.
There are numerous passages in the Bible that describe this but I would like to just point out one found in John 10:30 and Jesus says, "I and my Father are one." Can't really argue what that one.

Hey blueyez, how's it going? I'm one of the blockers everybody is so fond of. I won't read trash about Jesus being gay or what's gods sexual preference, do I block people that obviously have no intention of discussing a Christian world view. Keep an eye out for this and try not to get cought up in "feeding the trolls."

Passionate Christians defend their beliefs fervently. They aren't luke warm. We argue, but not usually on eternal salvation doctrines, those are pretty clear.

What is Christian spirituality?
When a person is born again, they receive the Holy Spirit, which seals the believer unto the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:13; 4:30). Jesus promised that the Holy Spirit would lead us into "all truth" (John 16:13). The truth that the Spirit leads us to is taking the things of God and applying them to our hearts. When that application is made, the believer then makes a choice to allow the Holy Spirit to control. Christian spirituality is defined as the relationship between a born again believer and the leading of the Holy Spirit. We can then say that Christian spirituality is based upon the extent to which a born again believer allows the Holy Spirit to lead and control their lives.
The Apostle Paul tells us as believers to be "filled" with the Holy Spirit. "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit" (Ephesians 5:18). The tense in this passage is continual, and therefore means "keep on being filled with the Spirit." Being filled with the Spirit is simply allowing the Holy Spirit to control us rather than our own carnal nature. In the quoted passage above there is a comparison being made. When someone is controlled by wine, they are drunk and they exhibit certain characteristics such as; slurred speech, unsteady walk, and impaired decision-making.
The Apostle Paul is teaching us that just as you can tell when a person is drunk because of the characteristics they display, so a born again believer who is controlled by the Holy Spirit will display His characteristics. We find those characteristics in Galatians 5:22-23 where they are called the "fruit of the Spirit." This is Christian character that is produced by the Spirit working in and through the believer and is not produced by self-effort. A born again believer that is controlled by the Holy Spirit will exhibit sound speech, a consistent spiritual walk and decision-making based in the Word of God.
Therefore, Christian spirituality is a choice that we make to "know and grow" in our daily relationship with the LORD Jesus Christ by submitting to the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives. The extent to which we choose to submit to the process of conformation (Romans 8:28), that is accomplished in our lives through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, we are spiritual. This means as believers, we make a choice to keep our communication with the Spirit clear through the office of confession (1 John 1:9). When we grieve the Spirit (Ephesians 4:30) by sin (1 John 1:5-8), we allow a barrier between us and God. When we submit to the Spirit's ministry, our relationship is not quenched (1 Thessalonians 5:19). Christian spirituality is a consciousness of fellowship with the Spirit of Christ that is not interrupted by carnality and sin. Therefore, a spiritual Christian is a born again believer who makes a consistent and continual choice to surrender to the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
