He should be an excellent catch.
With no car to go anywhere with, no job to earn dating money with, an xbox/playstation/whatever to take up all his spare time, and mom breathing down his neck, it's a safe bet he'll never be able to cheat on you.
Keep him confined to the basement, and shove some Cheetos under the door from time to time, and you never have to worry about him messing up the rest of the house.
With you as his sole source of income, you can withdraw his game console privileges and funion and Mountain Dew allowance any time you want to pressure him into doing what you want - he's totally dependent on you and at your mercy.
Why wouldn't you date a stay-at-home momma's boy? The benefits far outweigh the consequences.

I met a girl that drove a luxury sedan, had a house of her own, and a steady income...
When I got there, the car was a 1985 Ford LTD, the house was a low income apartment, and the steady income was food stamps and ssi. she was "never married without children" and never really expressed interest in trying to find a job, and a descent house...
That being said... I think it should apply both ways... I understand that times are tough, but come on... at least try...
But yet... people these days are shallow.... you could be willing to throw away a lot of money... brand new truck, $500,000 home, big a** boat, everything money could by... and you wouldn't get messages back... If someone ever tells you that looks aren't everything...

Sounds like 80% of the women in my age group I run into on dating sites. There's a LOT of women who WANT to look 'independent', so they state things differently to try and mask the very problems identified by the OP:
My mother/father lives with ME: This means, they live with their folks. Very seldom is there an exception when the parent is actually sick and living with the child. A parent can actually be claimed as a dependent in a legit scenario and written off as a tax deduction (though the process isn't necessarily painless). Most women's arguement falls apart right around the mention of this point.
My car is in the shop: I swear...as many times as I've heard this; the auto shops in Socal must be surviving almost COMPLETELY off of the business given to it by the 18-25 year old female demographic. Truth...she has no car. I've seen women with KIDS try this tactic. I absolutely will not date a woman with no car...but I find it particularly tragic for a woman to have kids, no car, and be looking for a MAN.
I'm a full time student: True about 50% of the time. Either way, it means you are unemployed. Living off of student loans is NOT the same as drawing a paycheck. Disagree? Ask the IRS.
So basically, the answer is no...I would NOT date her; and she shouldn't date HIM.

For me it's not the living with mom thing. I know a couple of guys who have bought houses with their moms (as a single parent) and have the same privacy as if they lived alone.
BUT they've also had jobs and cars.

Ok how about this scenario, I'm the roustabout super at a local well service company, pay my parents 700 a month for rent, bills, and groceries, my car is paid off, and I work at min 55 hrs a week? Am I undatable?
