took chad to the vet today,got his check for lymes disease,it was negative,but the bill wasn't.i also got triflexis,total of 156$ but he is wort it.
I am very happy Chad is free of that disease.  
Yes, he is worth it but I feel it is a shame what is charged for pets to be helped at the vets.

The neighbor brought home a tiny little dog not long ago and he and the full grown cat run and play together like old friends. The really cut thing about the two of those playing is the little dog is smaller then the cat.

It is odd at how some dogs will run and lay with any dog that wants to play and others just want to fight. I have a male pug and here wants to play with any and all dogs. My friend had a female pug and all she wants to do is fight poor ole Tyson. I feel sorry for him he tries so hard to be friendly. I had to ask her not to bring her pug back any more. Tyson is such a happy fellow. funny he is so small and the black Lab next door is so big and they get along great together.
And they both like cats.

Chad,my dog,is the gentelest dog i ever owned,he gets along with any dog we meet while walking.
dogs are just like people,some good some bad,but have seen many more good than bad.
took chad to the groomer yesterday.she does a good job,and he gets a bandana when she is done.

So cute Black Lab Puppy...They look so Sad..But are Wonderful dogs..have an 11 year old Black Lab.....She is well loved...

After my dog Lucy's death my male whines all night and chews himself..
SORRY FOLKS ...but after this ordeal...will never own another pet...I am too old to take care of myself with the complications of animals that need more than I am able to give..

Several years ago we had 2 outside dogs..they both were the same age..1 was a Chow and the other a Chocolate Lab. At first they didn't like each other.. so we had to separate them. After they got older..they became good friends. The Chocolate Lab passed away. The Chow begin doing the same thing as your dog..took him to Vet..He said it was his Nerves, there was noting that could be done..told us to give him Benadryl Tablets to help him rest. He chewed himself so bad...we had to give him Antibiotics Daily..he died when he was 11 yrs.

there is not even a quanity around here. but then again, I am sometimes at Walmart, or krogers, and see men with the ugliest, nastiest looking old and young fat women I have ever seen. I would run away, if I was married to one of them. I am thankful I am not.

we had many dogs, esp. hunting dogs, growing up, and after I was married, but we never had a house dog. or house cat, they all stayed outside. never thought about it much, just the way it was.
i had a dog once that wanted to live outside in his dog house.i put straw in it for him in the winter.he did not like to be in the house.

I have friends who have black labs and they are great dogs. No young ones that I know. They are all seniors. One has gout in his right front foot, and one has cataracts. I love them they are just big and at my age I like the small dogs. I have a senior pug. He is my Pug guard dog. Ha, I have fun with that one. Animal lovers make the best friends. Don't you think? I do
