Just plundering through the threads to see how everyone is this morning. The sun is up and all I see in the house is DUST so guess what I'll be doing today.
Bub, I have heard a lot about cinnamon being taken for diabetes. Have you tried it or researched? Wondering if there's any substance to the belief that it controls blood sugar.

Yup. It is true. I take cinnamon capsules every day. Helps keep it down and provides for some entertaining burps! I haven't had insulin since I had about a 1/3 dose Monday night and my numbers this morning are only 256, which is amazing. Yup! It works. Thanks for mentioning it. It's a good tip for diabetics!

I remember when doctor's poo-pooed growing pains and growth sputs even though all mothers knew it was true. It is 
And Colloidal Silver giving you a second immune system. Didn't believe that either but it's been years and years since I've had a cold. And when I went to the doctor he was hard pressed to find anything wrong. Not bad for 75.
OK...going back to slurping my coffe and seeing if I can keep this cigarette lit. It keeps going out.

I am resting...got groceries bought ($134 even with Thanksgiving stuff) got most of it put away and supper planned 
I rather like grocery shopping and the Houseguest carries in but the putting away part I could do with out....course looking at a the full refrigerator, freezer and pantry is a good feeling.

A good laugh for you. I went to a denistry school yesterday for visit and this student (nice looking young man) came to the waiting room to escort me back. He said "follow me. I can tell you'll follow me anywhere". I said "only if you don't enter through the door that says MEN on it and I'm not going in there". He didn't know what to say but everything was good when I laughed. Broke the ice for him and we had a good visit.

MC .... Good .... you have the coffee and I have the pumpkin danish type dish hot out of the oven. I do believe there is enough to go around for everyone.
Warning: eat it if you dare .... It's kind of my own recipe.
MC ~ Be prepared MC I bet Sam's will be crazy and you can't hardly get out of there without spending 100$. Don't go foolin' yourself that you around only going to spend less than 1.00$ After all you still need to get your tin of cookies right?
~ oh, what I am doing now .... reading and a few post in DH having my coffee and danish will be out in a few minutes.
~ My plan for today is to clean out the storeroom. Which is going to include a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot for a storage rack. And that includes a trip to the bank. Getting to the point I pay cash due to debit cards being compromised in stores these days. Doing a little pre-shopping pricing online first to see what I want and how much they are running.
~ and I might pick up something to toss in the crock-pot for a good hot meal later today.
~~ now if I stick to my plans that would be AWESOME !!!

Haha ~ I never made it inside Sam's Club !!! I got there early and there were people standing in line (28 degrees)
~ but the good news is, there was a woman who took my name and what it was that I wanted and gave me a slip that would be honored till tomorrw night (yea) !!!

~ As soon as I came home it started raining (freezing rain)
~ so, I'm good to go ~ tomorrow will be warmer and "no Lines" !!!
